11	"Tom Daniels"	Downtown Alley	Killed	Lynch II	A body resembling Tom Daniels is found in an alley, with its neck broken. It is presumed the murderer was Lynch II.
11	Tom's car	Outside the Lab	Other	Lynch II	The car blows up as Tom and Sloan are nearby talking to Ray Peterson.
11	Woman	Leaving the Lab	Shot	Lynch II	She is shot in the upper right shoulder as she pushes open the front door of the Lab, with Tom and Sloan seen talking in the background.
11	Lynch II	Outside the Lab	Other	Tom Daniels	During their fight on the street outside the Lab, Tom manages to strike Lynch II, causing his nose to bleed.

11	Guard	At cabin, on the porch	Killed	Lynch II	Neck broken. When Tom goes out to chop some wood, the guard on porch moves to stand beside the trailer and is attacked from behind by Lynch II and is dragged off, with Lynch II apparently leaving his body inside the cabin.
11	Two Guards	At cabin, in the trailer	Killed	Lynch II	They are gassed by Lynch II - though one is bleeding from the ear so he may have had his neck broken. (Note: You can see one of the guards through the trailer window with his head on the table as Tom walks by on his way to chop wood.)
11	Female Guard	At cabin, near vehicle	Killed	Lynch II	It is presumed her neck was broken.
11	Guard	At cabin, in woods	Killed	Lynch II	It is presumed his neck is broken. He is found sprawled on the ground as Tom runs through the woods.
11	Sloan Parker	At cabin	Other	Lynch II	She is taken hostage by Lynch and is forced to kneel over the chopping block as Lynch II threatens to cut her head off with an axe.
11	Lynch II	At cabin	Killed	Tom Daniels	He is shot 8 times in the chest by Tom, just as he was getting ready to strike Sloan with the axe.
12	Kevin Taylor	In the park	Attacked	Three boys	The boys surround Kevin and taunt him. They push him around, knocking him down and then they force him to back up and trip over one of the boys, causing Kevin to fall into a mud puddle.
12	Three boys	In the park	Attacked	Kevin Taylor	After having caused Kevin to fall into the mud puddle, the boys turn to leave but Kevin gets up, grabs a tree branch that is on the ground and screaming, runs after the boys and manages to beat all three of them into unconsciousness.
12	Monkey	At the Lab	Killed	Kevin Taylor	Kevin snapped the monkey's neck and the presented it to Tom, as an offering to show he is just like Tom.
12	Young Boy	In the hospital	Killed	Kevin Taylor	One of the three boys that Kevin had beaten in the park later dies in the hospital.
12	Frank Taylor	In the hotel	Killed	Kevin Taylor	In the hotel room, Kevin takes the scalpel he stole from the Lab and after saying "Daddy", he stabs his father to death.
12	Sloan Parker	In her apartment	Attacked	Kevin Taylor	Kevin uses a knife he's taken from Sloan's kitchen to threaten her. He uses his ability to scramble her thoughts and as she stands there stunned, he raises the knife and waves it in front of her. When Kevin is distracted by a car pulling up at the apartment, Sloan is able to regain control of her thoughts and starts to struggle with Kevin until he uses his strength to push her away, knocking her to the floor in front of the big chair just as Tom breaks down Sloan's apartment door.
12	Rachel Taylor	Kevin's human mother	Other	New Species	She lost her family. Her son, who was fathered by a member of the new species, killed her husband and then left home. Rachel is left alone.

13	Monkey	At the Lab	Dies	Gene Therapy	Ed has been doing trial tests of his gene therapy on the monkey. Things seemed to be going OK when suddenly the monkey dies from massive bleeding into it's body cavity.
13	Negotiator	In the alley	Killed	Sniper	He is the man in charge of the Dominant's peace faction who has arrived in the alley with Mark Ward to meet Walter when he is gunned down by a sniper. It is unclear who the sniper is working for, but Walter later assumes he was human, working for the government.
13	Driver	In the alley	Killed	Sniper	He drives the car that brought the negotiator to the meeting and it is presumed he was killed in the gun fire, as he is seen slumped over the steering wheel.
13	Mark Ward	In the alley	Attacked	Sniper	He is fired upon but we does not appear to be hit since he meets Walter and Ray the next day.
13	Walter Attwood	In the alley	Attacked	Sniper	He is fired upon and his car is shot up but he escapes uninjured when Ray shows up in his car and is able to get Walter to safety.
13	Ray Peterson	In the alley	Attacked	Sniper	When he drives in to rescue Walter, his car is hit several times by gun fire but he is uninjured.
13	Limo Lady	In the lab	Other	Walter & Ray	She is taken hostage by Walter and Ray, removed at gunpoint from the lab and is dropped off along a deserted section of a highway.
13	Ed Tate	At Sloan's Apartment	Attacked	Armed Men	Four armed men force their way into Sloan's apartment and drug Ed with a hyprospray shot to the left side of his neck.
13	Tom Daniels	At Sloan's Apartment	Attacked	Armed Men	Four armed men force their way into Sloan's apartment and after drugging Ed, they drug Tom with a hyprospray shot to his left shoulder and drag him off to their waiting van.
