I wanted to die pretty;
Is that so much to ask?
He granted my last wish,
But I had no final kiss.
I had no time to tell him
All those things I had to say.
All I managed to get out
In my dying breath
"I loved you Kunzaito-sama."
My final farewell.
(If you are so dense that you couldn't figure it out,
this is from Zoi-chan's point of view. He's remembering
his death, which is potentially one of the sweetest,
most touching scenes in the anime, IMO anyway. It's a
crime what DiC did to that scene.)
No one now depends on me
No one leans on my shoulder
Others have come and gone before
But he'll never come back
Love like ours is once in a lifetime
Never to be replaced
Never to be forgotten
Never to be neglected
Never to be tamed
Never to be left behind
Never to be...never again
A hidden love
In a silent grave
Still and tranquil
A wilted rose
Lays on the cool stone
Waiting for its lover to return
He is the rose
The cherry blossom
Gone forevermore
Lost forevermore
A hidden love
Lays in that grave
Tossing in uneasy sleep
A dead rose
Fades on the cool stone
Brooding in silent hate
She was the one
The Queen, who killed him
The death should have been hers
The death that will be hers
A tantilizing love
Goes beyond that grave
Unconditional and unending
A blossoming rose
Embraces stone
Turning it to flesh and blood
His lover is the stone
But the "King of Ice" no longer
Their souls embrace
Their souls rejoice
(Uh...that was interesting...see if you can figure that
out better than I can. ^_^ I have no idea why I wrote
this. Oh well.)
Two lovers forevermore
Always together forevermore
Like fire
Like ice
Opposites attract
They're lovers forevermore
Never apart forevermore
He is like ice
Frozen to all
Unmelting like an eternal winter
I am fire
With raging passions
Uncooling like inside a volcano
Only I can melt the ice
And not suffer frostbite
Only he can cool the flames
And not suffer burns
(Take a wild guess who's POV this is. I like this one.)
