Authors Note: This story deals with Usagi and Mamoru getting back
together and a dip in the story line with new powers and such. This is
the "realization" of the Senshi's true identity.

"Get, off.... me... Usagi," she whimpered miserably, her struggling ending
as her body began to shake with sobs.
"Rini, Usako," Mamoru whispered, coming up to the two and placing his
hands on their shoulders, puzzled why they were both now crying. Luna
however, understood, and leapt gently onto Chibiusa's head. Soothingly,
she announced, "Oh sweet Rini, you didn't have to feel so. You can always
talk to one of us. You needn't feel so alone, or responsible for
situations out of your hands."
"Oh, but, this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't come! Oh, Usagi! I'm
so sorry!" As she said this, Usagi heard Mamoru and Luna get up and
leave, but she ignored them and continued to concentrate on Chibiusa.
"Oh Rini, believe me, I don't blame you, it's not your fault. It happened,
because... oh, i don't know why it happened! All I know, is that someday,
this is all going to work out. It has to! But can I ask you a question?"
"Uh, sure, what?" she answered, sniffling a little still, but feeling a
little better.
"Where... are we?"
Rini jumped up and looked around, a questional look on her face. "I don't
know... it doesn't look like home. When I used the Time Key, I was hurried,
and i wished to go where daddy was... but it doesn't look like my time. I
don't even know why we're not at the End of Time!
"You honestly have know idea," Luna said, amazed. She glanced over to
where Chibi and Usagi seemed to be having a heart to heart. Sighing,
she redirected her attention to Mamo-chan. "Well, it's as easy ast this:
Rini is blaming herself for you breaking up with Usagi."
"What?! Oh man, how... ugh! I just knew, but, how could I have let this..."
he moaned, as Luna kept critizing him, "If you would just explain the
breakup, then we wouldn't have all this. Your making everyone's life a mess..."
she went on, releasing all the stress.
As she went on, Mamoru suddenly had the dream again. They were surronded by
flowers, and as he looked down at Usagi, he knew she had never looked
so beautiful...
"Usagi, I'm yours forever, " he whispered intimatly.
"I'll cherish this moment, " she closed her eyes, awaiting his lips. Then,
a great dark force pulled her roughly away from the safty of his arms.
She screamed for Mamoru, but a commanding voice spoke over hers.
"Mamoru, you must stay away from Usagi. If you marry her, she will be
placed in grave danger, and the world as you know it will be shattered
forever. You must stay away from Usagi!"
"No Usako!" he yelled as she was filled with an intensive sadness, and
looked up as her world shatter, as she could do nothing..."
"Mamoru!" she yelled sadly, breaking from the dream. She jumped up and
looked over where Mamoru was. He looked at her blinking his eyes, trying
to clear his mind of the dream.
"Is that why you've been so cold to me? To protect me?" she asked as they
raced into each other's arms.
He held her close. He couldn't let her go, not anymore. "I couldn't let
anything happen to you, " he said in his deep voice, stroking her cheeks
and gazing into her bright blue orbs. He tried to stop, tried to remind
him of what might happen, but couldn't. Usagi gazed back, wondering
how she could convince him that she didn't care what happened to him, as
long as they could be together, but before she could say anything, Rini's
voice cried through, "Daddy!"
Usagi glanced quickly over her shoulder at Rini, running twoards a man in a
lavender tux. He crouched down to meet her as she jumped into, "Oh, daddy,"
she said adoringly, gazing up at him happily. "I missed you."
