This lap quilt is perfect for picnics or to bring along to a show. It would also make a wonderful baby blanket or play blanket for a toddler. It was made from leftover cotton fabrics from apron tops and strip dresses. The BRIGHT array of colors reminds me of summer flowers. The backing fabric is a BLUE swirl cotton calico. The binding around the quilt is two different YELLOW cotton calico prints. This quilt measures 56" x 64" and has been machine quilted. It can be washed in cold water on delicate cycle. For longer life it is recommended that you hang dry your quilts.
