recently formed a professional relationship with Keller Williams Realty of
Austin, Texas in order to allow AllCap to broker commercial real estate under a
special Keller Williams agreement. This allows AllCap to broker businesses
under AllCap and commercial real estate under Keller Williams, on of the
fastest-growing and most successful real estate companies in the world today.

throughout the KW International entity in order to broker and sell businesses
whether or not they have real estate holdings or not. The relationship is
