A Gift From Sensei
We now know that Usui-Sensei would give his students a Reiki empowerment (or attunement) each time he worked with the energy he/she would slowly increase the amount of Reiki their body could handle.
Many Reiki Masters teach that re-attunements are beneficial and act as Reiki boosters, but if you are unable to receive empowerment from a Reiki Master, you can certainly use this page as a substitute.
If you wish to receive this very special gift, sit quietly and perhaps even invite your guides and Angels. The empowerment may take as long as is appropriate for you.
