1. Get rid of all but one hanging calendar in your home. Who needs to know what day it is in every room of the house anyway, right? And speaking of calendars, throw those old ones away. You aren't ever gonna frame those pictures.

2.Go through catalogs right away. If you can't decide for sure whether to purchase something or not, tear the picture/information out and staple it to the order blank and throw the catalog away. Better yet, throw the catalogs away before you look at them. It's cheaper.

3.Use a bulletin board sparingly. It is a place to put a piece of paper till you decide what to do with it...and most of us never decide.
