INMATE FAMILY COUNCIL MEMBER APPLICATION

Visitors who are interested in becoming a member of Mule Creek Inmate Family Council are incouraged to submit an application. The committee will meet regularly with administration staff to discuss matters that have a direct effect on them as a group. Meetings are held monthly and scheduled on the third Thursday of each month. The Council will be comprised od a cross-section of family members and/or others who have a significant relationship with an inmate at Mule Creek Prison prior to any appointment.
If you are interested in becoming an Inmate Council member, complete the application and submit it to the Warden's Office via Visitor Processing desk.
All information will be considered "CONFIDENTIAL" and only used in the selection process.
