('NON Pre-Launch' Enrollees are placed in the 3x3 matix by the order in which they respond, and future members are placed in your downline using this number - again, because the response has already been greater than anticipated in the Pre-Launch Phase, everyone will be making much more than their $12 investment when we launch on November 1st!).

The activation of your membership (by your one time $12 benefits purchase) is acceptance of the following terms:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) I agree that I am a voluntary participant in the MEMBERS ONLY study group. 2) I understand that upon completion of Phase II, I will be testing consumer products and providing a written evaluation of the products that I test. My compensation for participation in the members only study group is $1000 (USD - Paid in $200 increments throughout the study period, and $250 per month* (*minimum - some members may be selected to test additional products and assist with promotions, resulting in significant additional income.) 3) I understand and accept that product ordering and shipping costs may be assessed to me from time to time, in order to continue to replenish the supply of the product I am selected to test. Such costs will be more than covered in the compensation outlined to me by the company. (The figures quoted for compensation are NET figures, after all incidental expenses are paid. ) 4) I am not an employee of Merchant Commercialization, or of any of the companies whose products I may be selected to evaluate. And I specifically relieve any of the parties named of any liability for taxes, withholdings, or any other damages which may be claimed. 5) I understand that I will be notified via e-mail within 10-14 days of the completion of Phase II about the product(s) I have been selected to test, and if for any reason I am unable to test the selected product(s), I will be eligible for the next available test study. (There are usually several such programs annually...) 6) This is a TEMPORARY agreement. Participation in the actual study group will require completion of a Membership Application (a copy of which will be provided to me) and will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at such time. 7) I understand that Merchant Commercialization has a 'ZERO Tolerance Policy' with regard to 'SPAM' e-mail, and hereby agree to conduct all e-mail communications within the guidelines of appropriate existing laws, and further agree that my failure to do so WILL result in my removal from the program and disqualification for and loss of any and all commissions or payments owed - as well as subject me to liability for legal action and fines of not less than $500 per offense.

Merchant Commercialization uses PayPal and StormPay for the processing of payments. (Be sure and list your name, your TEMPORARY CONTROL NUMBER and your e-mail address along with your payment.)

For those of you who have already received your 'Member ID Number', the GOOD NEWS is that the unexpectedly high response rate has filled the matrix for virtually all enrolled members - some of whom will automatically cycle through the $12, $24, and $36 pay levels and go immediately into Phase II - AND the paid, automatic re-entry into Phase I). The initial payments for commissions are being processed and will be payed via your indicated payment system within a few days (and each Friday from here on... several people have already notified me that they have received payments). The website going down from the increased traffic was unfortunate but is a GOOD THING (from a commissions standpoint...)!

However, the bad news is that we lost some of our data on members in the process. (Don't worry, all PAYMENTS were received through regular e-mail and backed up on our MAIN server, but you may be contacted via e-mail to reverify your contact phone number and mailing address.)

If you already HAVE a 'Member ID Number' for placement in the Phase I matrix, you will be able to check your commissions and your downline on the new website shorly. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the new website is operational. In the meantime, please refrain from advertising this URL - our new site should be up and running soon.
