You can do so many things with brushes! Use them for cutouts, soft images color on color, colorize them and make tubes from them and on and on. They go as far as your imagination can take them.

You can choose your brush by clicking on the paintbrush in the tool bar in the tool palette of PSP 7. Go to the tools option palette and click on the paintbrush in the mid_top R corner. A pop-up menu comes out. Click on "custom". Then scroll through the brushes until you find the one you want, then click "OK". Choose the color you want your brush to be by clicking on your color palette and then click the paintbrush cursor on your image and BOOM! there is your colored image!
