On this page are things that I want to offer to you but they really don't fit into any category of their own. Little tips and tricks, color picker charts, etc.

First are the Color Picker Charts for PSP 7. These are color charts that I keep open on my PSP 7 workspace while I am creating Tole or Country graphics. They come in very useful to be able to toggle back and forth between colors that are my favorites to use.

R click and save to your own hard drive. Open in PSP 7 and use the color picker tool (looks like an eyedropper on the tool palette) to choose a color from the shading charts. To keep them on your workspace but out of the way just minimize them when not choosing a color!

There is a dark chart for Country graphics and a pastel one for Tole graphics. In a browser they may look as though several of them appear the same, but when opened in PSP 7 you will definitely see a difference even though it is slight.

 

**TIP**  Another way of choosing perfect shades is to open a new image 150 X 50 and flood it with a gradient!! Then you will have many subtle shades to color pick from. This works especially well for floral toling.
