WHAT'S IN YOUR FOOD

*10% of the beans in coffee may be infested or damaged by insects
*A cup of orange juice is allowed to contain ten fruit fly eggs but only two maggots
*Apple butter is allowed to have 25 insects per 16 ounce jar. Small insects such as mites are not counted....
*Wheat can average 9 milligrams of rodent excreta pellets per kilogram
*Peanut butter may have 620 insect fragments per 40 ounce jar
*100 grams of tomato juice can contain 2 maggots, five eggs and one maggot, or ten eggs and no maggot
