HAMBURGER SURPRISE
Dinner time is coming up. Time to do my work in the lab:
11/2 pounds ground beef
1 clove of garlic...
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
6 large potatoes
Ketchup and hot sauce
Season and brown meat and garlic. Drain. Dice onion and green pepper and add to meat. Set aside. Cube potatoes and deep fry till brown. Add potatoes to meat, mix. Add 1 teaspoon of water to pan, turn heat to medium, cover pan but leave small opening for steam to escape. Simmer till green peppers and onions are soft. Drain and serve topped with ketchup and hot sauce. Bread is recommended.
