Topic: Food
I am a history buff and I love food. These two things come together in the tv program: A Taste of History with Chef Walter Staib. I've often wondered about foods of the past, and if I'd find anything edible. Chef Staib answers that question multiple times a week by preparing wonderful Colonial Era recipes, using authentic ingredients and cooking instruments. A Taste of History is shown on RLTV (channel 487 on Comcast).
