Our History
DiversifyŽ was founded by five California State University, Chico business students in 2006, with a common vision. That vision was to increase the profitability of organizations by analyzing and increasing the value of diversity. This vision became reality when all five individuals, with different backgrounds, contributed unique experiences and strengths. Diversify includes Andrew Gambino, Andrew March, Christina Solomon, Matt Stein, and April Westbrook. Together these five diverse individuals have helped an array of Fortune 500 companies to small mom-and-pop shops maximize their diversity to create an overall competitive advantage.
