There are no rules according to PCC history, and as far as channel moderation goes, there is no channel mod allowed in a Public Chat on battle.net. There is no banning, no booting, and as a result, yes PCC can be spammed. This is all well considering the type of company we like to keep in PCC usually doesn't attract anyone who deserves to be booted, anyway. We do not take an illiberal view on preferences to PCC membership, and never have there been any prerequisites. This is the general nature of a Public Chat channel; That we are here to chat and not worry about petty rankings. Welcome to PCC.
