This unfortunate car trunker was caught red-handed trying to steal parts of a car which was parked between Camp and Charlotte Streets on Thursday afternoon. He was tied to a utility pole and beaten by the irate owner of the vehicle, as several onlookers watched. He was later taken to the Police Station.
