If the senior building (2 Kozlov St, Barrie) does not allow access into this deceased person(Margrit Schneider)'s apartment before the security deposit expires at the end of this month, and no-one comes forward with a copy of the will proving executorship and/or distributions of assets, then the above lawsuit (see link above in re) should acclamate the niece (the first born of Margrit's deceased sister [Trudy], niece also only other next of kin besides brother/uncle Rolf Schneider residing in Ontario, and [niece/sister Trudy's daughter] who has some legal background) as the executrix, who could possibly already be the alternate executrix, but has no way of knowing if she is not given the contact information for the estate lawyer and/or a copy of the will or codicil. The deceased did mention revising the will (due to her late boyfriend Phil's recent death) to the niece last Easter during their visit, as well as her wishes for distribution of her asset and scattering of ashes. The uncle/brother (Rolf Schneider), isolated in northern Ontario, may be too ill in health, as he is older than the deceased and he is on a pacemaker. He has been passive since the deceased Margrit's death. Not even an obituary has been placed in the paper, which could prove him unable/unwilling to handle (the expedition of) this estate, as Margrit was on GIS (guaranteed income supplement pension) with very little assets, and niece is on disability benefits, therefore this estate cannot afford any unnecessary legal costs which makes this a probono matter.
Any attention, co-operation and kind assistance would be most sincerely appreciated. Please do not use any third parties and contact the niece direct, either by email, post, cell, voicemail, or business fax (information provided below). The car inherited from Trudy in 2009, a 1995 Toyota Corolla, is in the shop for repairs (which the niece cannot afford), and is ready scraps pickup. Niece now would have to travel to Barrie via Greyhound (also an unanticipated expense), hopefully before the end of the month to avoid the storage (eviction of belongings and legal paperwork needed to execute), contesting and/or auctioning off of this estate.

P.S. The building superintendent at 2 Kozlov St in Barrie and tenant friend of deceased Audrey (# is on estate site which links to above) can witness that the niece is bona fide. The long distance, disability (age-related and other) issues contributes to the hardships in the handling of this urgent legal matter.
Update* ~ January 22, 2014:
Niece finally got a note* from aunt Hilde and uncle Rolf [RIP 2018] (return address was stamped "B"**? Schneider) in Bracebridge stating that the car was sold for $3,000 a few months before the deceased`s death. (Margrit had told niece the '08 Accent was valued at $8,000). She must have had to pay off a debt which had serious repercussions; she knew had only a few months to live. The bill of sale to Baytowne Hyundai*** dated September 4, 2013, lists Margrit's address as the old apt. #1603. She had moved to apt. 1205 last Easter. So either this is a fabrication, or she had alzheimers. She was diabetic, which causes dementia, but it also could have been the medication, which am sure was similar to what was given to sister Trudi at Barrie hospital prior to her death, as they had the same emergency Dr. (Mackenzie). In addition to her ovarian cancer, Margrit also couldn't walk (already at Easter visit) because of the gangrene in her feet as a result of her diabetes.
[*A copy of the will was not included with the note sent, so that the niece could confirm/check with the estate lawyer if there is a codicil. It would have been nice if the Schneiders had put an obit in the paper, nevertheless. [Their phone line was busied since the ice storm.] They are both in their 80s and in frail health, and may not care (or understand fully) about the legal responsibilities as next of kin.]

Family friend in Barrie DORIS BIERNATH (far left) passed the day after Margrit's niece sent her an email (Spring?2016) about aunt's plaque (above).
Doris (aka Hannelore), 15 Vancouver Street, #204, Barrie, Ontario, was hiding out from a political scandal ~ see Karlheinz Schreiber. Her daughter Sonya (lives in Spain)did not respond to her emails at sbiernath@gmail.com about her mother's passing in her sleep mid(August?)2016. (We know Doris wanted a place at Knox Cemetery close to mom Trudi - below. Doris made many visits to Barrie Memorial Hospital after mom Trudi's stroke in 2008; crochet angel is similar to crochet snowflakes she made & gave us as gift.)
