Week 28, Day 161

An exciting day for those involved in the opening of the new Nando's store in Castleford. Apparently, locals have been eagerly awaiting the completition of Xscape, the shopping complex where the restaurant will be situated at the front left. Among the hundreds of stores, there's going to be a snow dome which I will be looking forward to spending many a drunken night narrowly avoiding breaking a limb on the slopes.

The day began with a run down of how the training will be done in the ten days leading up to the opening of the store. Beto, Abbas and Hailey from Leeds will all be coming over to assist with the training program. Later in the afternoon, with our excitement at high levels, we took a quick trip to Castleford to see the venue. It's quite close to finishing, only a few minor things to be put into place.
