This is Empire Mine Road, about two minutes from my house. Sometimes I do time trials on this road.
It's a short three minute drive, if you drive hard, but it has every road
condition imaginable. Straight-aways, chicanes, decreasing radius hairpins, on
and off camber turns, elevation changes, 90 degree turns, and even pavement
variations -- they're all there. Very fun (but dangerous) to practice fast
driving.
