| Llewellyn was born in 1981 into a musical family. Father Philip John (PJ) fellow bassist and mother Caroline a pianist and singer. Started drumming lessons at a tender 11yrs old after being inspired at my dads gigs and rehearsals. Picked up the bass for the first time on the 13 January 1997 and played my first gig two weeks later doing covers by "Oasis" and "Cream". Officially inherited my first bass for my birthday that August (Shergold Modulator). Played in four or five bands after that doing covers and originals and all in various styles. Recorded and released 1 album and toured parts of South Africa. Currently studying music at Allenby majoring on bass through Graeme Currie, which is being put on halt at the moment as am touring South Africa and parts of Europe with Karen Zoid. Will be releasing new album next year. |
