APOLLO 13

"Okay, Houston, we've had a problem here..."

Apollo 13 was forced to return home early after a explosion ruptured oxygen tank two in the service module, causing it to roll upon the incident. This crew circled the moon and maximize its use of the lunar gravity in order to conserve fuel. Besides not being able to plant their feet on the moon, Apollo 13 had no electricity and water, and was forced to return to earth before all the oxygen expired from the spacecraft.
