- Scarab Peyote Stitch-

On this peyote stitch is an Egyptian Scarab symbol. The body is outlined in a shimmery brown. One half of his shell is a sky blue while the other half is a light teal. This lovely bug is on a cream yellow background that is outlined in sky blue, teal and maroon beads. This stitch measures about 1 1/4" tall and 3/4" in diameter. To make this peyote stitch I used waxed Silamide nylon beading thread and Japanese Delica seed beads.
