PHANTOM WORDS.

If I cast an image into your mind
I wonder where you will go,
To a place where only you know?
To a quiet distant paradise-
To a time long, long, long ago-
When your youth was young?
Your first love has just begun?
Watch my words I will,
For the wrong ones could stop you still.
Still in your tracks, and I would watch you return
from your experienced tragic past.
Phantom words-

Can take us to places unknown,
And cause us to conceder:
Other's wrong's from years past gone.
Though mostly unaware is the things unseen:
If I say the word death, though common,
Phantom words-

- Come to ones ears and silently whispers,
- Their loss of her
Time, month, day, and year.
Sorrow is not what I want for you,
So I try too restraining from saying something
That would voyage you through an abyss of sorrows,
I desire for you; tears of joy,
And over whelming happiness,
Though when we speak or tell a story,
Phantom words-

Are released,
And they can't be stopped,
They're void of the original text, because,
Our mind is caught up somewhere
In the past, the future, the present.
I veer from some talk; do to the nature of my stories, life.
A psuedo fear, though even carefully chosen stories,
Have thousands of phantom words-
And whether or not you choose to hear them,
They enter our minds and take us to:
A wanted dream, some time in time?
To a joyous reunion of friends-
Who knows where the phantom words-

Will take us,
Subconsciously we go they will take us.
Could they be right?
Hearing your story, I hurried in fright:
In order to get to my home,
Because, phantom words-

Said: The wolf is near and she is sure to be gone.
Nothing I could do but weep,
Weak and full of despair,
Life to me was no longer this wonderful breath of air,
I will listen denotatively to those phantom words-
Had I not contemplated: Whether they were just my thoughts,
Maybe you would still be here to laugh with me,
To spend a Christmas to spend a new years eve?
Though I am saddened now,
I know that in the future,
Someone will say something and I will,
Remember the days of happiness,
The days when we were together,
I'll conceder better this day,
The phantom words-

I might release to run astray.
Purposely I could say things
That would spin your memories,
And cause you too fall to your knees but,
I am not cruel, so please be uncruel to me.
It's what we say and how we say it, the stories we tell,
Some are meant to send some to hell.
Others take us on journeys to other worlds,
Though the things we see, could only be one of three,
1) A joyous time yet unseen.
2) From the past, visions stream by fast, fast, fast.
Or just something our mind conjures from memories...
I know I can't hear the phantom words
You speak but,
I will listen for them in my mind.
I may need to go to that place,
To experience, what it is that I can't see.
Almost like a fleeting bird,
They come to mind, their gone again,
There will always be:
