It is with great regret that I have to inform you that the Handicap
Secretary has come under significant pressure from JBs to adjust their
handicaps in order that they may gain an advantage over Pat in avoiding the
glove. To avoid this practice continuing I feel it is necessary to publish
the Handicap Adjustment Formula so members can verify for themselves the
accuracy of any members' handicap.
