Chuckie started his show career at the Easter circuit, where he won 3 Best Puppy In Group awards. He has only been shown lightly since, but has picked up a further 4 Best Puppy In Group awards, and 1 Best Puppy In Show at all breed shows. In September 2002 at the Alaskan Malamute Club of Victoria Championship show, Chuckie won Best Puppy in Show, under breed specialist Erich Singer, and went on to win the Alaskan Malamute Puppy Point Score. Chuckie was awarded Best Exhibit in Show, and Best Intermediate In Show at the Alaskan Malamute Club open show, on 25th April, 2003. This award gave Kemulvak Kennels our 4th Breeder of Best Exhibit in Show award.

Chuckie was owned and exhibited by Robert and Maria Van Roosmalen. I have his daughter KOOto carry on his exceptional breed type for us. Chuckie achieved his Australian Championship in 7 shows. Along the way he has been awarded several 'Age In Group' awards, 2 Best Exhibit in Groups and one Runner up Best Exhibit in Show. Chuckie has matured into a fabulous example of the breed, with an outstanding friendly temperament.
