Whisky at 6 1/2 months, trying to squeeze out of the fence!
The following pictures are of Whiski at 13 months of age.
Photo below is at 2 1/2 years of age. Whisky hasn't been shown much to date, mainly because of work and time commitments. He will be hitting the show ring in 2006, and also will be competing in Weight pull events.
He made his debut at weight pull in 2003, and absolutely loved it. He thinks he looks like a bit of a spunk when wearing his harness! He will also be giving the racing scene a go in 2004, if I can find anyone game enough to hop on the scooter behind him (Yes, I'm a chicken!)
On 14th March 2004 Whisky competed in his second weightpull competition, and was awarded first place in his class. He also pulled a qualifying weight towards his Weight Pull title. Go Whisky!!!
The first race of the season was held on 18th April, and Paul Evans ran Whisky with his girl Zebue. Looks like they're all having fun!! Whisky now lives with Paul, Caro and Jess Evans, and is a much loved member of their family. They have been racing him this season with lots of success, and also have finished off his WWPD (Working Weight Pull Dog) title. Whisky is enjoying life to the fullest, and showing just how versatile this breed is.

Alayshia Neon Clio, or Tia, Whisky's mum. This photo was taken when Tia won Best Opposite Sex Best Intermediate in Show at the Alaskan Malamute Club of Victoria Championship show in September 2001. Tia is owned by Michael & Alicia Mann.
