Isaiah began playing guitar and writing music at age fifteen, he is completely
self~taught. Isaiah's distinct rhythmic patterns, solos, unique harmony, and songwritting ability
are one of the many aspects of Bootleg Turn that set them outside of the bluegrass box.
Jonathan western North Carolina banjo champion is a nine year veteran of the
banjo, he is also completely self~taught. Jonathans high, soulful vocals as well as his unique, award
winning banjo style and song writing ability make him a priceless component of Bootleg Turn.
Jerry began playing banjo at age ten under the tutelage of
5-string legend Charles Wood and quickly became known all over the southeast as one of the best
musicians around. A master of many instruments,Jerry plays mandolin with Bootleg Turn.
Amanda began playing the fiddle at the age of thirteen, but she quickly the mastered
bass. Amanda is probably best known for her work across the southeast with upstate South
Carolina-based Oolenoy valley. Amanda plays bass with Bootleg Turn
