So, I get off the bus on the 24th at 11:30, and met Kim and her friend. (Kim is our Vegas girl, a local.. whoo hoo!) The 3 of us headed to get my hotel for the night, then directly to a club. By the way, major props to my older brother on the perfection of my fake ID. Worked like a charm. We had fun, met a Joey look alike, convinced a bunch of people I was from Toronto, we also convinced this British people that "Word to your mutha" was a cool thing to say. Nothing NSYNC related, so I'll move on..
On the 25th I met Ashley, Courtnie, and Beckie, my Salt Lake City girls that I was staying with on the 25th and 26th at the MGM Grand. We walked around the casino just about all night. For awhile we were following an NSYNC bodyguard, and he caught Ashley and me about 15 times. He'd stop at a table to play something, we'd stop at a nickel slot machine (So sue us, we're poor) Then when he'd walk away, we would too. It was fun.
That night I learned a lesson which stuck in my head after Vegas, and probably will stick in my head forever. This was the first time this rule failed me, and I should have paid attention.
DO NOT SLEEP EVER
Keep that in mind girls. Never ever ever ever sleep. Most of you know I was going to Vegas with the sole purpose of seeing my Stever, right? Well, I got really tired so I left the other girls in the casino and went up to bed. I later found out Steve walked into the hotel like 10 minutes after I fell asleep. I was so pissed, keep in mind at this time I had only met him once before, in July, for like 3 minutes. So I really really wanted to get to see him that night. Grrrrr...
