Hey Nina! I was just responding to your "Britney Touring with NSync" request so here yah go:
I believe that Britney Spears would be pretty stupid to go on Tour with NSync. Heres my reasonings...
a) NSync is a very very successful group and has changed everyone's opinions about them being a bubblegum boy band. Britney on the other hand, has not changed people's opinions of her being a fake sluty whore with fake boobs. Britney touring with NSync would cause NSync to be pushed down about 20 levels on the music scale. I for one would not go to the show.
b) Britney and NSync do not exactly have the same fan base. Britney's fans consist of 8 year old girls, and 40 year old men. NSync's fan base contains 11 year old girls to 30 year old girls (and a few guys, too) Going to an NSync concert is kinda lke going to to a girls' night out thing. Its fun to go and hang out with other girls. I for one don't want some 40 year old guy sitting in front of me booing at nsync or yelling "Take it Off, Britney!" I for one would not go to the show.
c) MANY NSync fans do not like Britney's music. NSync music is soul full, heartfelt, and jammin'(my word of the day) Britney's music is obnoxious and annoying(we honestly do not care that your upset that Justin doesnt want to fuck you every night) Britney's music is all about HER! Nsync's music is all about having a "fucking good time". I for one can not stand Britney videos, Britney's "Voice" or Britney's lyrics(My brother is an English major and so the CORRECT grammar thing kinda rubbed off on me). Her Music means nothing to me, where NSync's does. I for one would not go to the show.
d) Britney's shows SUCK! they down right SUCK! NSync's shows are MUCH better. They dance better and they actually sing! Britney's dancers are always out of Sync, she doesn't sing live and she doesn't "work the crowd" at all. Britney's shows haven't matured at all. Shes still doing the same thing she did when she opened for NSync. No piros, no lasers, no special FX. NSync on the other hand has tried to improve their show every time they go on tour. I would hate to see Britney cheating in the music business by skipping all the steps NSync had to take and just going from having a show that absolutly sucked to having a show that was kinda good...all just because shes doing the show with NSync. Could you imagine combining these two? People would want to leave during Britney's performance and you wouldnt see nearly as much Nsync action.I for one would not go to the show.
e)I am sick and tired of seeing BRITNEY AND *NSYNC this BRITNEY AND *NSYNC that...c'mon now. Just because they were on the MMC doesn't mean that Britney can mold her life and her career around NSync. URGH! She tours the same time they do, she's always doing a combinded show with them, shes always on the same cd as them, shes always every where they are and I for one ABSOLUTLY HATE IT! I cannot stand turning on the tv and seeing Britney with Justin, or Britney talking about Justin and NSync.Christina was on the MMC with them, but shes going her own way and building her own name for herself. I don't blame the people that want to Judge Britney more harshly than Christina. Britney is relying her career on how well NSync has done. You can see Christina wanting to roll her eyes whenever shes asked about Nsync or MMC, where Britney is like "well, yeah, you know, I'm dating justin, yah know.like, totally." And what if Britney and Justin break up? Then the shows will start to suck because they will probably fight in the middle of one...c'mon you gotta think of these things. I for one..you got it..would not go to the show.
f) Getting tickets to an NSync concert for most teenage girls is already pretty tricky. Could you imagine having to spilt Tickets between Britney and NSync fans? What if their are more Britney Fans, what if their are more NSync fans(which their will mosy likly be)...I don't want to be the only one cheering for NSync, and I don't want to have that hot guy from my biology class sitting behind me seeing me in my state of "NSyncness", because hes there to see Britney's naval.(but thats a whole 'nother subject) And the cost would be unbearable. Tickets are already $50 to an NSync show...with Britney they'll be $100, easily! and to know that that money is going to the greedyist bitch on the planet, hell no. I for one would not go to the show.
g)Time on stage. Britney would DEMAND more time on stage. She would have to have more time than NSync. One reason why I go to an NSync concert is to see NSync live. I don't want to pay $100 dollars to see them haft the time. haft the time means less songs. This means less dancing, this means less leather pants. DAMN! I would rather see Lance in leather than Britney in barely anything...dontchaagree? (I'm not even going to type it, you know what I'm thinking)
Okay, well thats all I can think of for right now... its taken me about an hour to write this and I'm sick of being on the defensive side so I'm going to go back to normal Liz, but I hope you first of all read the entire letter and second of all really take into considersation the points that I am Trying to make. alright, I think that is the dumbest thing in the world! Not just because I dislike britney, but here's what would happen if they went on tour together:
Because they both have a HUGE fan base, their concerts would break ALOT of records because they'd sell out fast. And because they'd sell out so fast, ALOT of *NSYNC and Britney fans would be denied to go to a concert because with both of their fan bases combined fighting over tickets, maybe 5% of *NSYNC fans could go and 5% of Britney's. So 95% of their fans are gonna be SUPER ticked off. Say if there were really HUGE venues, yeah it would work, but there's no venue big enough for all the *NSYNC and Britney fans in each town. So it would just be wrong of them because they would deny all of their cans from a concert experience. Plus, I wouldn't want to go, do you realize how many *NSYNC fans will boo for Britney and how many Britney fans will boo for *NSYNC. It's gonna be one HUGE fight between 50,000 people, scariness

Briteny is going on tour with NSync so this is what gonna happen. Plus what I heared.
1) Justin is gonna be getting it everynight.
2) JC will start doing 6 time the amount of crack he's doing now.
3) Lance is finally gonna lose it and kick Justin's ass.

5) Chris is going to be hanging with JC more.

5)Britney will recive more death threats.

I really don't like the idea of them touring together! When I heard them say something about it on MTV it just for some reason made me really mad and I am still mad about the whole thing. I mean it's okay every once in awhile to do things together and yay for Justin and Britney if they're as happy as they seem. But, enough is enough. I don't want to associate everything NSYNC related with Britney. WHen I go to an NSYNC concert it is not to see Britney. I like some of her songs, but she's just not what I want to go to see. Does this mean ticket prices will be higher? Even if not, they will sure be harder to get. I was looking forward to seeing them this summer, but now I don't even know if I want to. I don't think I can really explain why this made me so mad because I really don't know exactly what it was but these things are definately part of it. Who knows, I'm sure I'll get over it eventually but for now I'm just not pleased with the idea at all. I hope lots of other people tell write and tell you what they think and I hope some of them are positive because I'm looking to hear something that might change my mind. Obviously they aren't gonna cancel it because I said I don't like the idea so I think my best bet would be to focus on something good that could come out of it (If that exists, lol). Okay, I've said all I can think of and I've got tons of work waiting for me so I'm gonna go. I hope this could be of some help and I'm sorry I couldn't explain myself better.

I just read your page asking for opinions on NSYNC and Brit touring together, so heres my thoughts.
I think it's alright that Britneys touring with the guys. I don't have anything against her, but she's most definitely not on my list of "talented people". I think it's a little bit screwed that I'm going to have to pay bou coup bucks to see someone that I am not ecstatic about. I also feel slightly irked that we're probably going to get crapped out of some nsync time because they both will have shorter sets, therefore not only am i paying to see more of an artist I don't like, I am also seeing less of the artist I do like. But I guess that it'll be ok.
Anyway, I'm done. I hopefully....hope thats what you needed.

First off, tickets are gonna be hella expensive to pay. And I don't have that kind of money. I'm still in debt from their fall tour! And I'm not going to beg for money so I can go see nsync AND britney perform. Just because Justin and Britney want to be together does not mean they have to be professionally together. Record a song together, fine. I wouldn't want to listen to Brit's horrible screeching voice, but one song really doesn't make a big difference to me. But there's no way I'm gonna spend my hard earned money watching nsync perform a dozen or so songs and then see the lip-syncing queen herself take the stage. Sure, I could come late-early, but why should I have to pay for something I'm not going to enjoy? Justin should keep his personal life seperate form the professional life. Bring Brit along on the tour for all I care, just not up on stage dancing around and miming a track. ok, now. peace out.

I really don't think they should tour together....If they didn't hang out so
much it might be OK, but they hang out whenever they get the chance, and it's
getting very old. I would like to see them do something with some other
artist instead of doing something with Britney like they always do.

but they will be in Rio together in the same hotel room. (hmmm.....)

Hey, y'all, what's up...about *NSYNC and Britney touring? I'm against it,
personally. I don't really want to pay to see her, but I'll end up doing it,
albeit reluctantly. I heard about this last night and I was like, son of a
bitch, now I'm going to have to watch HER when I go see THEM. It seems like
Britney and Justin just keep flaunting their relationship to the world when
they lied about it to begin with. God, we all know they're going out, can we
PLEASE just leave it at that and not have to watch them drooling over each
other constantly? They're always bitching about how they never get to spend
time together but every time we turn around, there they are, up each other's
asses. Most of the pictures I've seen of them together feature Britney
hanging on to/gazing at him like some lovesick twelve year old. I have issues
with her that have nothing to do with Justin, and I can't stand how people
adore and justify everything she does. I've got news for those people--there
are some people who aren't fascinated, captivated, or impressed by her
"celebration of womanhood", which us commoners refer to as "striptease." And
about this "she curses because she's real" thing--maybe she shouldn't have
tried to deceive everyone by acting like a pure, innocent young girl and then
stripping on MTV, getting drunk in a European club and swearing like a
sailor. If you're "not that innocent," don't act like you are. I would have
respected her more if, from the very start, she said, "Hey, I'm NOT
perfect--I swear, I smoke, I drink, I like to get naked and have people look
at my boobs, and Justin and I have been dating since puberty." At least she'd
have been honest.
As for the concert, I do NOT want to watch her lipsynch her way through
her new or old songs; some of which sound freakishly alike. ("...Baby" and
"Oops!" have the exact same beat and structure--you can sing one over the
other perfectly.) I should be fair about the lipsynching, though--once in a
while she'll probably bleat one or two lines herself in that nasally,
childish voice of hers, accompanied with hardcore sweating and panting from
trying to dance like Janet Jackson. All this when I just wanted to see *NSYNC
perform. Let's just say this--when I go to THEIR show, it won't be to watch
her. I don't care HOW much in love she is, I don't care HOW close they all
are--we've all got our preferences and I'll probably leave the room while
she's onstage. I'd like, for once, to see *NSYNC without having to watch
Britney too. And I bet I won't be the only one.

I personally think it would suck to have Britney touring with NSYNC. I like her and all, but I don't want my ass paying for a show where I'll see Britney Spears half the time. Plus, NSYNC gets a big enough crowd without the Britney fans being there also. NSA tour was ridiculous. NO. I don't want her at the the concert (she was supposedly at mine, 7/24/99 in Boston), especially performing. Plus, I'd have to get extra tickets and drag my 7 and 10-year-old brothers with me. And the show NSYNC would put on wouldn't be long enough, unless I was awake until 3AM.

I think that Britney touring with Nsync is a BAD idea. First of all, the fans definitely wouldnt be happy with the fact that Britney will be spending that much time with the boys ::cough::Justin::cough::. And lets face it, the majority of the big spenders at these concerts are the younger, teenybopper fans who get their parents to spend anything for tickets, then clean out the rest of their wallets at the souvenier stands ( I pry just screwed up that spelling, but oh well). Also, the two acts will be losing money by joining together for a tour, because of the vast amounts of people who wont be able to get tickets. Profits will have to be split between the two of them, meaning that they will be earning half as much as they normally would at their own tours, including the money they rack in for merchandising. Overall, this isnt a very smart proposition, for either their reputations or their wallets.

I just can't picture Lance saying, "You know what we should do, we should
have Britney tour with us!" Heck no, it was all Justin on this one. I, for
one, doubt I will go to the concert because of this. Don't think that the
reason I am upset is because of Justin and Britney dating. I have NEVER
liked her. I just don't like what she stands for. If I ever do go to one

I think it's a terrible idea. For a coupla reasons...
1. I don't even like Britney's computerized & digitized voice. I'm not paying to see someone lip sync.
2. speaking of paying, I bet the prices get jacked up.
3. nsync has one of the best shows in the world Britney will only take away their performing time, they'll have to compromise on the stage, and a hundred other things that are just nsync trademarks.
4. If britsync really happens then I guess I'll just have to miss it.
Pretty much everyone I know feels the same way and we are all some die hard nsync fans over the age of 21. Nsync can't afford to lose any fans that aren't teenies.

I have split feelings on this. I like both Britney and *NSYNC...but why do they have to do this? I would go to a concert, as long as they dont raise the prices to like $100 per ticket. I think if they kept the prices the same, it'd be fine...but raising the prices would just piss people off. Also, they both need to do like a full concert, not like 5 songs each and then say they're done. I do think though, that people may criticize Justin and Britney, because Ive heard people already. They say that this is just so they can spend more time together...but who cares? To end this long email, I would go...and I think its a good idea for them to co-headline a tour. Just as long as they go to Buffalo, Albany, or Syracuse, New York:0)!

I think it sucks that they are gonna tour together becausr the tickets are going to be unbelieveably expensive. The brokers get all the good tickets for concerts and sell them so ridiculously expensive, but if you are going to couple the 2 most popular worldwide Pop artists, the ticket prices are going to be soooooooooooooo expensive. And forget ebay and yahoo auctions. Its just going to suck!

I was just at Everybody's Free and read that you wanted feedback on the whole Britney/NSYNC tour thing. I think that its kinda cool cuz' I wanna see both of them, but then I got to thinking and it is probably gonna be really hard to get tickets and that will suck big time, because the last time NSYNC was in Wisconsin (where I live) I couldn't get tickets. I was on the phone and on the internet, with Ticketmaster and I couldn't get tickets. I also wanted to see Britney this summer, but me and a friend waited to long to go get tickets and they were all sold out.
So I guees I'm not really sure how I feel. Maybe it's just a way so Britney and Justin can spend the summer together. I don't know, I definetly want to go see it, but God only knows if I'll even be able to get tickets.

that's one cracked out idea...so, JC thought of it? ;P if they're not careful brit is gonna turn into bobbi and then jc would have to slap her around too...obviously the honeymoon suite in rio just wasn't enough justin dick to satisfy her. she got it and now she wants it ALL the time!!!!
anyway, i'd definitely lose a lot of respect for both of them if that were to take place. at least jessica simpson and nick lachey know how to remain somewhat independant...

Ohh GOD! Please NO! I really hope the dont do this!!! I swear I will buy a ticket and leave at the time Britney comes on! I dont care how much my ticket was!!!! I had to get up off the floor when i heard the news! She is gonna smother him until he get tired of her BRATTY ASS! Ohhh...maybe I do want them to go on tour with her....im soo bad! Hehe! Oh well!

Ok my thoughts on this..... IT WOULD SUCK!!! How would anyone get tickets to that unless they "knew" someone. Plus how would they do who plays when. They are both big acts and the other heven forbid cant open up for the other one. I think that it is a dumb idea because i know that alot of Nsync fans dont like Brit. I know i dont!

i think this tour is a bad idea simply because of the high demand for
tickets. if you've ever tried to get nsync tickets, you know that it's damn
near impossible. especially if you live in one of the unfortunate states
where they only do one concert even though they know that one show will sell
out within 15 minutes and many crazy-crunked out fans who waited hours in
line will be left shit outta luck. i've never tried to get britney tickets,
but i imagine it's more of the same...maybe to a little lesser extent, but
still pretty bad. now, if you put these two insanely popular pop acts into
one concert, it will be absolute chaos at your nearest ticketmaster location
the day the tickets go on sale. seriously...i'm imagining teenies beating
each other over the head with their britney/nsync dolls.
oh yeah, another thing...ya know that at every nsync concert, there's
going to be people with an intense bitter dislike for britney. with the
younger teeny crowd this hatred stems from the fact that she's dating JRT
Bitch. with the older crowd, it stems from the fact that she just sucks. in
turn, you know that at every britney concert, there will be several groups of
drunken frat boys who go to see her cuz they think she's hot. usually,
drunken frat boys do not appreciate nsync. teenies and drunken frat
boys...it just doesn't mix.
I think it would be really cool. I like *NSYNC AND Britney and I would luv to see them perform together. Two great performances. They did good at the halftime show, I think they could do it again. (if your sendin this to nsync, tell them to give joey more solos!)

I'm anwsering your poll about the Britney/NSYNC tour. I didn't hear it announced, but I did see on TRL yesterday where they said that Jive denied all of it. So apparently it's not going to happen as of now, but if it did....
Honestly, I don't think it would be a bad show to see. BUT I would be disappointed if it was 90 minutes of NSYNC and Britney instead of 90 NSYNC and 90 Britney. If they blened it I think there would be less NSYNC which would make me mad. Now I've never seen Britney in concert, so I can't really say anything about what her shows would be like. So besides that, I can see ticket prices doubling or more. I would be willing to pay a lot of money to see NSYNC, but I wouldn't be pleased about having to pay that much to see Britney, who I don't like as much as the NSYNC guys.
On the other hand, Britney and Justin would get to spend a lot of time around each other, which would be great for them, and I'm sure it's something they don't get to do very often. Being the big stars that they are, they probably don't get to see a whole lot of each other.
I guess I have mixed feelings about this because I love NSYNC concerts so much, it's hard to see another person intruding on their act. But then again who am I to tell Britney and Justin the shouldn't spend time together?

i think its great that nsync and brit are gonna be touring together. i think they are great performers and justin and britney will get to spend a lot more time together. the tour is gonna kick major ass!!
