Chapter 9
*LATER THAT NIGHT*
"So you will come right?" asked Brian on the phone with me.
"Yeah I'm coming," I said.
"Is she coming?" I heard in the background then Brian saying, "Yes AJ shes coming now shut up."
"Your mean!" I said laughing.
"Yeah well if you heard him talking about you......uh oops... never mind,"said Brian with a "I'm going to kill you Brian!" in the background and Brian running around the hotel room and going into Kevin's room.
"Oh really?" I asked.
"Uh.. yeah, anyway as I was saying," he opened the door and yelled ,"BEFORE I WAS RUIDLY INTERUPTED, I'll pick you up around 7:00. We can't stay up to late 'cause you guys have to leave tomorrow to Orlando."
"Yeah but your not coming home with us and it's no fair that you won't let me stay here with my own mother!" I said pouting.
"I know, sorry!"
"Fine I like you too!" I said then hanging up. 'I've got him good this time' I thought smiling to my self.
"Shoot!" said Brian turning off his cell phone.
"What?" asked Kevin, who was sitting on his bed watching TV when Brian came in.
"She hung up on me!"
"Well you did it this time man," said Kevin shaking his head, "Besides don't worry she never stays mad at you for long."
"Yeah I guess your right," said Brian. He didn't want her to be mad at him. The reason he was making her leave with the rest of the guys was that he was having surgery on his heart earlier then he was supposed to, and didn't want her worried. None of the other guys knew... not even his parents/family that is except Kevin but Brian had made him promise not to tell.
"Brian come on if your going to pick her up at 7:00 then you better hurry up!" said Kevin, making Brian come out of his thoughts.
"Huh? Oh yeah ok."
In about a half hour Brian was ready to go pick me up. He walked up to her parents house and knocked on the door. I stood there and Brian said, "Tiffany I'm so sorry that I'm making you go home with the rest of the guys but,... why are you smiling?"
"I got you this time!! HAHA! I'm the best!! I fooled you!" I siad laughing and watching Brians face fall, then smile.
"OK OK you got me this time. Are you ready to go?"
"Yep!"
Later on that night Brian had drove me home with AJ in the car too. He was pulling up the drive way when I decided to ask AJ the question that had been bugging me all that night.
"So AJ you like me huh?" I said watching Bran and AJ's face get red.
"Uh..... well, I.... um.... Brian your going to die a long pain full death!"
"Thx for reminding him TIff!" said Brian.
"Hey what are friends for?"
"Yeah whatever. Heres your stop. I'll see you tomorrow!" said Brian.
"OK. Bye Brian, bye AJ!" I said and shut the door of the car.
