Chapter 6: The Concert
"Thanks Wisconsin!" Kevin yelled into his microphone.
"See ya next time!" Brian added.
The 5 sweaty guys walked backstage where Rachel and Elizabeth were waiting. “Great concert, you guys!” Rachel congratulated. She ran over to Brian and hugged him. “Eeeeeeeeeewww! You’re all sweaty!” she said, disgusted.
“Yeah, Rach. That’s usually what happens when you spend over 2 hours singing and dancing and performing,” Brian said as he kissed her nose.
"I have to admit, that was a good concert, one of our best, in fact....except for my pants ripping," Kevin said, turning red at the thought.
"Yeah that was pretty funny," Howie chuckled.
"I have to agree with D," AJ said. “That was even better than anything Frick and Frack have ever pulled.”
"Hey, where did Nick go?” Brian wondered. He wiped his face with a towel.
"Um look to your right, Brian," Rachel said.
Brian turned to find Nick kissing Elizabeth. "I can't believe this! They’ve only known eachother for 2 days and they act like they’ve known eachother for years!” Howie exclaimed.
"That's the way love goes, D," AJ said.
"Nick, it's been nice knowing you," Elizabeth said with tears in her eyes.
"What the hell are you talking about?" Nick asked.
"You’re leaving for Detroit tomorrow and I’m probably never gonna see you again!" she explained.
"No, no, no....this is not the end! You and I aren't breaking up!" Nick said. His mind was made up. "If Brian and Rachel can do it, then so can we!"
"But...." Elizabeth began.
"No if's, and's, or but's....it’s you and me from now on," he said, pulling her into his arms.
