3-09-03 Thanks for the great turnout at last nights VFW show. Good to see everyone singing along! If you have'nt already checked out Moci then do it now....they are selling the Riv Rat Rob CD really cheap along with 2 other bands! The E.P. is in color and features the same 7 tracks as before. The Scissors will be recording a song for a huge Chicago compilation,
it should be out sometime in the summer. It is going to be a FudgeSickill, He Who Corrupts, Quincy Shanks release! "Man With no Place" will be included in a Compilation CD for
Studio 69 Records. I believe this Compilation is due out in the next few months.

4-27-02 The Merenges are set to record on May 6th at atlas studios. We will be recording 3 songs for a sampler CD. The 3 songs are going to be "Clip my Wings", Snake Charmer (I dont wanna be a baby), and The Ice Cream Man. Our set consists of a half hour worth of material right now, and we are working on more. If you have any open slots on your bill, let us know. We are ready to play shows. The band is also almost finished recording "tiny tim" for the Andrew Lynch CD. Lots going on for now so stay in touch and sign the guestbook.
