2007 ~~~~~~ 27 year old Katie Richardson was in her home, in florida. She lived there with her husband of almost 4 years Kevin Richardson, her 6 year old daughter Hayley, and her two kids with her husband, 3 year old Kyle and 3 month old Alexia. She was a highly respected doctor, known all over the country.
May of 2007 ~~~~~~ Katie came home from dropping Hayley off at school and Kyle off for 2 hours at preschool. She walked up stairs and put a sleeping Alexia in her crib and went downstairs. She had still had a month off from work, because she took a 4 month pregnancy leave from work. Her husband was working on business out in L.A., at one of the branches of his record company. She went into the master bathroom to take a nice long bubble bath, finally happy to have a few hours to herself. Even though, she has had 3 months off, taking care of a 6 year old, a 3 year old and 3 month old and a famous husband, took up most of her time. Just as she got into the tub filled to the top with bubbles, the phone rang. "let the machine get it" She thought and closed her eyes and listened to the machine. "I'm looking for a Dr. Katie Richardson... I guess this is the right number. I'm SGT. John Maxell, from the L.A.P.D." Sighing, Katie got up and put on her robe and picked up the phone. "I'm Dr. Katie Richardson, what can I do for you" Katie asked. "Your husband is Kevin Richardson" "yes" "Well, I have some bad news, can you come down to the station" he asked. "I'm in Orlando, I have a 6 year old, a 3 year old and a 3 month old. I can't get out there" "oh, well I guess I can tell you over the phone, your husband was murdered."
"KEVIN!!!!!!!!!"Katie screamed as she woke up from a nightmare and sat upright. She looked to her right and saw Kevin, who was just waking up, from his sleep, because of her scream. "huh? Honey, what's the matter" he asked, turning on the lamp on his side of the bed. "I just had a dream" Katie said. "Oh really? What was I doing, that caoused you to scream my name" Kevin said smirking. She took her pillow and wacked him with it. "Not THAT kind of dream, a nightmare. You were murdered" Katie said. "I'm right here" he said gently, his voice softening, when he saw how upset his wife was. "I'm going to go check on the kids" Katie said and got up out of bed and put on her robe and left the room to check on all three. After ten minutes she came back into the room. She took off her robe and climbed back into bed, and moved closer to Kevin, than she was before. Kevin reached over and turned off the light. He put his muscular arms around her, and she rested her head on his bare chest. "It was just a dream, baby" he whispered, and kissed her. "I love you, Katie" he whispered. "I love you too, Kev" she replied. Within minutes they were sound asleep, not knowing what the future was going to bring.
