Three weeks later on TRL ~~~~~~ "How did your wives react to the Rolling Stone article" Carson asked. "I was on the couch with no sex for about a week" Nick said. "I was on the couch with no sex up until we left for the tour since I was the one who started it" AJ said. "I was on the couch as well" Howie said. "Only for a couple of days, I think it's because I didn't say that much" Brian said. "I was on the couch until I realized that it was my house, my girl moved in with me and that she still owned her house so I told her to leave after she said I was still sleeping on the couch, bad mistake" Kevin said. "What happened" Nick asked. "She made me sleep on the smaller couch which was very uncomfortable when you are over 6 feet tall" Kevin said. "I know what that feels like" Nick said.

"Well we have a brand new video from Katie McLean and well it speaks for itself" Carson said. "Huh" Nick asked. "Watch it. Here is her new video The Call Part 2"

Katie had re done the song and the video so it was the girl going out and leaving her guy at home wondering what was going on. Nick's, Brian's, AJ's and Howie's wives were also in the video dancing closely with some very hot guys.

"What the fuck was that" AJ asked once it was over. "AJ you can't curse it's live TV" Carson said. "Sorry but what the hell, I mean ok my sister can dance with those guys but the our wives are married to us, why would they want someone else, when they have us" AJ asked. "The note that came with the video from Katie said "Carson please premiere this video of mine the day that the Backstreet Boys are on. I want them to see it. It's revenge for what they said in the rolling stone article about cheating Katie" Carson read. "I knew we shouldn't have had that printed. I told you that they were gonna get mad at us. But no nobody listens to Nick!" Nick shouted. "For once the blonde kid was right" AJ said laughing.

"What made you do that" Nick asked Maria. "Do what?" Maria asked innocently. "Be in that video and danced with those guys. You almost kissed one!" Nick yelled. "Almost and you in the video for Shining Star, Get Another Boyfriend and Yes I Will you did KISS someone and it wasn't just an innocent little kiss" Maria replied. "And besides why are you yelling at me? It was all Katie's idea. Yell at her" Maria added. "I'm sure Kevin's doing that right now. But I don't think it's that kind of yelling, ya know" Nick said. "Lets do that kind of yelling instead" Nick added and walked over to Maria and picked her up. She kissed him and he carried her down the hall to the bedroom and placed her on the bed and got on top of her and they started making out and did the fun kind of yelling.

A day after Kevin's birthday (October 3rd) was Katie and Kevin's anniversary. They had been going out for five years. Katie was still on tour in Europe and the guys were still on tour in North America. It was almost finished though.

After her concert on October 4th, Katie went back to her hotel room. She walked into the room and closed and locked the door. She walked over to the bedroom and opened the door and walked in and threw her bag to the floor. "I'm so tired" she mumbled as she sat on the bed and started taking off all of her jewelry. She behind her neck to take off the necklace Kevin gave her, when she felt that it wasn't there. "I lost it. Oh no" She thought.

"Looking for this?" Katie turned around to see Kevin sitting on bed, his back resting against the headboard. In his hand was the necklace. "How did you get that off without me feeling it" Katie asked. "What no hello kiss, no happy birthday baby, no happy anniversary? I'm sad" Kevin said pretending to sound hurt. Katie crawled over to him and kissed him. "That was hello. I've missed you" She said and kissed him again. This time with more passion. "That was Happy Birthday Baby" She kissed him again more passionately than the last too. "And that was Happy Anniversary" She said smiling. "Happy now" she asked leaned back so she saw sitting on top of his lower body. "You ARE "Happy"" Katie said smirking. "Of course I'm happy. I haven't seen you in over 3 months" Kevin said leaning forward so they were face to face. He kissed her. "Happy Anniversary" Kevin said pulling away. "So what do you want to do?" Kevin asked. Katie looked at him and pushed him back so he was lying flat on his back. She moved closer to him and kissed him passionately. "I thought you said you were tired" Kevin asked when she pulled away. "Suddenly I'm not tired anymore" Katie replied grinning. "Unless you are" she added. "Hell no" Kevin said and kissed her and rolled them over so he was on top. They spent the rest of the night and early morning in their own little world and it was a good thing that Katie had off the next day because she was going to be exhausted from celebrating her and Kevin's anniversary and giving Kevin a belated birthday present.

The next night ~~~~~~~ "This better be damn good" Kevin said answering his cell phone. "You should have turned it off" Katie mouthed to him. The two were in the middle of a candlelight dinner for two, on the balcony of Katie's hotel room, that overlooked the ocean. "Nick, do you know what you are causing me to miss" Kevin asked annoyed as soon as Nick started to speak. "Kevin listen. I didn't do anything. I swear. It's AJ" Nick said. "What did he do then" Kevin asked. "He got arrested. Along with Me, Brian and Howie" Nick said. "You four are in jail? What the hell happened" Kevin asked. "It's a very amusing story. I don't think you'll find it amusing though. Management didn't and they are threatening to take away our contracts with them" Nick said. "You still didn't tell me what happened" Kevin replied. " AJ got into a fight with a priest. AJ cursed him off and gave him the finger. Then the priest found AJ and some girl, who wasn't his wife, having sex in the parking lot of the church. Not in a car or anything, just in the middle of the parking lot" Nick explained. "Then how did you, Brian and Howie get arrested" Kevin asked shaking his head. "Because we went to bail AJ out of jail. We took AJ's car to get to the jail and well the police officers searched it and they found drugs. The cops arrested us three because we talk backed to them and Brian actually cursed him off" Nick added. "What do you want me to do? I'm in Italy having dinner with my girlfriend who I just saw for the first time in 3 months last night" Kevin asked. "Could you fly back and bail us out" Nick asked. "Why can't you call your wife or someone who is in the same country as you" Kevin asked. "I don't want Maria to find out. Even though I didn't do anything, she's gonna be pissed at me and she's going to find a way to torture me and there is no way I'm calling my parents! Are you insane?" Nick said. "Kevin please come bail us out" Nick asked. "I don't like this place. It's creepy" Nick added. "I'll be there. It's gonna take some time to catch a flight and fly over there. Where are you" Kevin asked. "We're in Texas in the state jail" Nick replied. "And you know they put a lot people on death row here, I'm scared" Nick added. "Fine, I'll be there ok? Good-bye" "bye Thanks Kevin. We owe you" Nick said. "Damn right' Kevin mumbled hanging up.

"Do I even wanna know why they got arrested?" Katie asked. "You're brother is a freak and a fucking idiot" Kevin said. "And you're just learning this now?" Katie asked. "I've known it's just that he picks the worst times to pull his crap. I've gotta go call the airport" Kevin said. "Yeah" Katie replied sadly, standing up and going inside the hotel room. Kevin stood up and walked inside, their dinner forgotten about. He saw her sitting on the couch, watching TV. He walked over to her and sat down. "Why? Why is it every time we get time alone with each other, one of us has to leave" Katie asked quietly, almost crying. "Shh, shh, don't cry" Kevin whispered pulliing her close and hugging her. "I don't have to go, they can stay in jail" Kevin said. "Even though they are in jail, they can still cause trouble. You better go" Katie replied, not looking at him. Kevin got up and went to call the airport to find out when the next flight was leaving. They said a flight was leaving at 3 in the morning. In order to make it to the airport on time, he would have to leave around 2 in the morning. He and Katie had a few hours left together.

"Kat?" He asked walking into the living room. Katie wasn't there. "Katie, baby" he asked again walking over to the bedroom. He opened the door and saw her sitting on the bed. "Katie, I'll have to leave around 2 in the morning. We've still got a few hours. Dinner's ruined, so why don't we just go right to the dessert" He asked. "No. No dessert, no nothing. I'm not going to have sex with you when you're going to leave in a few hours" Katie said. "Why not? You have in the past" Kevin asked. "I don't know why. Maybe if we had more time together and you were going to leave then maybe, but not now" Katie said. "Maybe we need a break from each other and see other people. Maybe we need to go our separate ways and get on with our own life" Katie said after a few minutes of silence. "Are you breaking up with me?" Kevin asked. "I think so" Katie replied.

The next afternoon ~~~~~~ "I don't understand why Kevin insisted that he go back to the hotel in another car" Brian said to Nick, AJ, and Howie. "He's probably pissed at us. No, I know he's pissed at us" Nick said. "How do you know" AJ asked. "I'm the one who had to call him, I interrupted him and his girlfriend having dinner, but I don't think they were eating dinner ya know what I mean" Nick said. "Uh-oh" AJ mumbled. "What uh-oh? You're already in trouble. You're wife is gonna kill you. We're gonna kill you. You're lucky Kevin didn't leave you in jail" Brian said. "I'm going to be in even more trouble" AJ said quietly. "What did you do?" Howie asked.

"The night before I got arrested. I didn't wanna mess up my bus, so I had a small party on Kevin's bus. He wasn't here and I did plan on cleaning it up. So after everyone left, I was on the phone with my wife and she pissed me off. I trashed Kevin's bus. I broke the windows and threw clothes out the window, I ripped up pictures of his and I found a diamond ring, it looked like an engagement ring. I sold it so I could get cash, since my wife won't let me take out any more money from the bank account cause she knows I waste it on crap" AJ said. "Kevin's gonna kill you" Brian said. "AJ do you know how hard it is to find the perfect engagement ring and knowing how Kevin likes everything perfect so it probably took him a long time to pick out a ring. But you wouldn't know that cause you and your wife met, she took pictures of you naked and then you got married" Nick said. "He's gonna kill you and I think you are going to tell him that it was all you" Nick said. "Oh god I'm gonna die" AJ replied.

"You Did what?!?!" Kevin yelled at AJ. "You heard me. I'm sorry" AJ said. "I got the ring back" AJ added and handed Kevin the ring. The diamond was missing and the band was almost in half and it was discolored. "Oh I'm really gonna give this to my girl now" Kevin said sarcastically. "Why would you do that in the first place?! You had No right to steal the ring, rip up pictures of mine, break the windows, throwing clothes out the window, while the bus was moving. Did you take anything else" Kevin asked. AJ shook his head no. "I'm already pissed off because coming out here to drag your ass out of jail, is one of the reasons why me and my girlfriend of 5 years broke up. I'm pissed now I find this out. I'm extremely pissed off!" Kevin said. "I'm sorry. I didn't know" AJ replied. "I should make you walk to the next place that we are playing at. It's your fault that management decided to take away the 2 weeks we had off and have us finish the tour early and that they forbid you to leave the country" Kevin said. "You're going to pay me back for the ring, the clothes and to have the windows fixed" Kevin added. "But I don't have any money. My wife won't let me take any money out of the account" AJ replied. "You're just going to have to talk to her and explain what happened and get the money" Kevin said "and you're lucky I don't make you give me more money cause I have to stay on Nick's bus" Kevin added and walked out of the room. "Dammit!" AJ yelled.
