“You broke her couch, Kevin? How?” Nick asked shocked. Kevin nodded. “What were you doing, that caused the couch to break” Nick asked. Katie and Kevin started laughing. “I don’t find this funny” Brian said. “What were you doing” Nick asked innocently. “Making hot dogs” Kevin replied, then he started cracking up along with Katie. “What?!” Everybody asked. “Private joke” Katie said, trying to calm down. “I don’t like this” AJ yelled. “Too bad” Katie replied. “At least we aren’t acting like Nick and Maria” Kevin said. “That’s true” Howie replied. “But we can if you like” Katie added. “No!!!!” everybody yelled, except for Nick and Maria. “I agree with AJ. I don’t like it, and I don’t support it” Brian stated. “Why not” Katie and Kevin asked. “Cause...cause your 19, he’s 24 going to be 25" Brian said. “So” “plus you 2 really don’t love each other” AJ said. “Katie, your too young to know what love is” AJ added. “And you do? This is coming from the guy who has slept with more girls than he has been alive” Katie replied. “Why else, don’t you like this” Kevin asked. “I have my reasons’ AJ and Brian said and left for the kitchen “Get a room!!!’ Katie yelled at Nick and Maria who started making out on the living room coffee table. “Ok” Nick replied picking up Maria and walking towards his bedroom. “Ok, AJ and I have talked this over and we forbid your two from seeing each other” Brian said. The entire room was quiet until Nick dropped Maria on the floor. “Owww!!” she yelled. “You can’t do that to me! I’m older than both of you” Kevin said. “You can’t see Katie anymore” Brian said. “and you can’t see Kevin anymore” AJ added. “We leave tomorrow at 6 PM, you guys can stay together till then” Brian explained. “Lets get out of here” Kevin said taking Katie’s had and they walked towards the door and left for her apartment. “What?!” AJ and Brian asked. Everybody in the room was staring at them. “I’m ashamed at you” Leslie said. “It’s none of your business, if they want to go out, let them” she added. “I still don’t understand how Kevin broke her couch” Nick said. “Nick!!!” Everybody yelled.

That night~~~”AJ, I don’t understand how Kevin broke your sister’s couch” Nick said. “Nick, they were having sex on the couch and it broke under the force of the weight” AJ said. “Huh” Nick asked confused. “You haven’t had sex” AJ asked. Nick nodded. “Nick you are about to learn everything there is to know about sex, from the expert” AJ said. AJ started explaining sex to Nick, while there was a video camera, recording everything. After he was done, AJ was gonna sell it, to make some money.

6 PM the next day~~~”I hate you!!” Katie yelled at AJ. “Come on Kev, we gotta plane to catch” Brian said and started pulling on Kevin’s shirt to get him towards the door. Katie walked towards them with tears forming in her eyes. Brian was pulling at Kevin and AJ was pushing him out the door. Katie managed to get in between them and kiss Kevin, one last time. “I love you’ Kevin yelled at AJ closed the door to Katie’s apartment, leaving her crying hysterically, inside.

“Leave me alone!!!” Kevin screamed. It was now 5 hours later and they were in Chicago. AJ and Brian kept telling him that they did the right thing. “I think you better leave him alone” Nick said standing u in front of Brian and AJ. “And who’s gonna make me” AJ and Brian said. “We are” Nick, Maria, Leslie and Howie and Howie’s girlfriend Amy said. “Leave the poor guy alone” Leslie said. “Why?” he’s just doing this to be stubborn” AJ said. “He was crying on the plane, leave him alone” Maria said.

“Katie how are you” Maria asked over the phone. Her and Leslie decided to call Katie and she how’s she doing. “Horrible, upset, angry, pissed off, want me to continue” Katie said. “No” they both said. “If it makes you feel better, Kevin misses you, he was crying on the plane” Maria said. “Tell him I miss him too” Katie replied. “What was the thing about making hot dogs” Leslie asked. “A few months ago, I guess it was around April, Kevin was over at my house and we were doing certain things. You can use your imagination. Anyways, the phone starts ringing and the answering machine picks up and it’s my mom. So I pick it up and we start talking. She asks me what I was doing, before I answered the phone. Kevin was lying on my bed, naked and I was looking at *Train* and blurted out making hot dogs” Katie explained and started laughing. “Oh so if we ask you what you were doing on the couch, you were making hot dogs” Leslie asked. “Exactly and believe it or not my mom bought it” Katie replied.

Beginning of October~~~The Backstreet Boys were gaining success and fame in the U.S. at the same time Katie’s 2nd U.S. album was released and hit number 1 the first week. During the day Katie was very busy with dance rehearsals, photo shoots and video shoot etc..., that she didn’t have time to think of Kevin, but at night when she was all alone, was when she really missed him. The same thing goes for him. Both of them were still very pissed at AJ and Brian. They tried to contact each other, but every time either AJ or Brian would interrupt.
