"I'm back, baby" he said and started kissing her neck. "Nick you just left, why are you mmmmmm" Katie moaned as Nick started kissing her neck."I left my wallet, then I saw you in the shower, how could I not come in" Nick asked, as he gently pushed Katie's back against the shower wall, so she was in between the wall and his dripping wet, naked body. They spent over an hour in there, doing things that they shouldn't have been doing. After that they got out and dressed. Hayley was excited to wake up and see that her dad was there. "Daddy" she shrieked and ran into his arms. Nick picked her up and swung her around and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "I wuv you daddy" Hayley said as Nick carried her into the kitchen, where Katie was making breakfast. "I love you too" Nick replied. "Both of you" he added. After that they had breakfast. Just as they were about to leave the phone rang. "Hello" Katie asked. "Hi baby" Kevin replied. "Hi honey, how are things going" Katie asked looking at Nick. He had on such a sad face that it broke Katie's heart, right there. "Pretty good, I'm probably going to be coming home tomorrow or the next day, then we can start planning our wedding" Kevin replied. "Yeah ok, I'm sorry, but I gotta go. Hayley umm isn't feeling too good so I'm taking her to the Dr." Katie lied. "Is she alright" "yeah it's probably just a cold, no need to worry, talk to ya later" Katie said wanting to get off of the phone. "Ok, bye then I love you" Kevin said. "Yeah you too" Katie replied and hung up. Katie walked over too Nick. "I'm sorry" she said wiping away his tears with her hands.
That night~~~~After Katie put Hayley too bed. Nick and Katie took Hayley to Disney World, for the 2nd time that year. Katie went into her room and sat down on the bed. Nick walked into the room and sat down next to her. "Turn your back to me" he said. Katie did as she was asked, and Nick began massaging her shoulders. After a while, instead of massaging them, he started to kiss her left shoulder, and with both hands started taking off her shirt. Katie moved and laid back down on the bed, and Nick climbed on top of her. They took off each others clothes slowly. They wanted this time to last for as long as possible. Kevin was coming home the next morning, so Nick had to be out of there by 9, cause Kevin's flight came in at 9:30. Nick was kissing his way down Katie's body, when Katie heard the bedroom door open. She looked at the door and was shocked senseless. Nick looked at her, then where she was looking. He gasped, as he saw the two figures standing there. "Shit" he mumbled. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" Katie and Nick grabbed the covers to cover themselves. "Brian please don't tell Kevin" Katie pleaded. "What the hell were you doing" Brian's wife Michele asked. "It's called sex" Nick replied. "Not that, but Nick you have Maria, even though nobody likes here. Katie your engaged to marry Kevin, so why were you 2 doing what you were doing" She said. "Get dressed and met me downstairs. You are going to explain yourselves" Brian yelled and stormed away with Michele following him. Katie and Nick put on some clothes and walked downstiars, looking like 2 little kids, who knew that they were going to get yelled at. "Start explaining" Brian said. "I love Katie. I always have, but I was just 2 stupid to realize it. And when 2 people love each other, they make love and that is what we were going to do, but you interrupted us" Nick said. "Katie, I thought you loved Kevin, so why are you with Nick" Brian asked. "I do love Kevin and I do love Nick" Katie said. "You can't have them both. You know sooner or later you are going to have to decided who you want to spend the rest of your life with" Brian said. "I know" Katie replied. "And Nick your married and plus you have another kid on the way" Brian added. "I know" Nick replied. "Both of you 2 have some serious thinking to do. My suggestion is that you go your separate ways for a while, so you don't have each other to influence you desicions" Brian said and left with his wife. Nick and Katie sat there, thinking about what Brian said, in a uncomfortable silence. After a while, Nick looked at Katie. "I think Brian's right. We need to each think this out without the other around. I love you. Good-bye for know" Nick said, kissed her good-bye and left. Katie sat there staring at the door, which Nick went threw. She walked upstairs and checked on Hayley. On the table next to Hayley's bed was a picture of Her, Katie and Nick. She made sure Hayley was covered and walked back into her room. As she was walking towards the bathroom, she saw a picture of her & Kevin, then another of her Hayley and Kevin. "Oh god. What have I done?" Katie cried. After she took a shower and went into bed. She cried herself to sleep. In the middle of the night, Hayley came into her room, asking for her daddy. Katie told her, that he had to go home. It broke Katie's heart to see, Hayley start crying and yelling that she wanted him there.
The next morning~~~~"Mommy, I want daddy, to live here" Hayley screamed. "Honey, daddy can't live with us. You know that" Katie replied. "But why was he here yesterday" "cause he wanted to spend time with you, but he has to go back to work" Katie explained, even though that is not what really happened. Hayley stormed up to her room. Katie just sat there and started thinking. She didn't hear the door open or somebody walk in. She jumped when she felt somebody kiss her neck. "I'm home, baby"
