"He cheated on me." she managed before she started to cry again.
Anna put her arm around Leigh and guided her to the couch. Brian moved over so Anna and Leigh could sit down.
"What do you mean?" Anna said, as calmy as she could.
"In New York, he cheated on me. He didn't tell me much, just that he didn't have sex with the girl." Leigh sobbed.
Brian's face became very serious. He grabbed his jacket and stormed out of the house. Anna comforted Leigh as much as she could.
Brian drove down the street and pulled into Nick's driveway. He went up and rang the doorbell. Nick opened the door.
"Hey B." Nick said.
"What is wrong with you?! How could you do it to her?" Brian said sounding upset about what Leigh was going through.
Nick rubbed his eyes tiredly.
"Come in, I'll tell you everything."
Brian walked in and sat down, somewhat near Nick.
"Remember the club we went to on 22nd street?" Nick asked.
Brian nodded.
"When we all split up, you know I was feeling homesick for Leigh and everything. So I went to the bar and ordered a drink. Then I started dancing with this girl, and she brought us more drinks. I ended up having 3 or 4, I don't remember. But the next thing I knew, we were sitting in at a table in one of the corners and she was kissing my neck. I am not saying that it wasn't my fault, I shouldn't have been even dancing with anyone. The minute I thought of Leigh I got up and left." Nick said.
Brian listened to every word Nick had to offer.
"Rok, please don't be mad at me. I swear I would do anything to take this back."
Brian looked over at Nick.
"I think your asking the wrong person to forgive you."
