"Have you thought of an answer?" AJ asked.
Natalie sighed. The more AJ asked her to be his girlfriend, the longer she made him wait for an answer.
"I'm hanging up now." Natalie said in a singsong voice.
AJ groaned, "Yeah, ok, bye."
Natalie laughed and hung up the phone. She looked at her watch and realized she only had 10 minutes to get to her class.
Over at Brian's, he shut off all the lights and lit the fire. He lit a few candles and put on some soft music.
A few minutes later, he heard the keys jingling in the door and Anna came inside.
"Brian, I'm home!" she yelled out while closing the door.
Brian walked into the hallway and wrapped his arms around her waist and placed a sweet kiss on her lips delicately. She put her books down and smiled.
"What is all this for?"
"We haven't spent a lot of time together lately with everything that been going on." he said.
Anna giggled lightly and kissed him on the cheek.
They cuddled, talked and danced for hours that night.
Natalie rushed into class and sat down next to Leigh.
"Hey." Natalie whispered.
Leigh gave her a weak smile and turned back to her book.
Natalie kept trying to hold a conversation with Leigh, but she seemed out of it.
"You ok?" Natalie asked.
Leigh nodded, "Will you come with me to the dean's office after class?"
"Yeah, why?" Natalie asked.
Leigh looked up for her notebook.
"I am leaving this college and going to Houston."
