The first recording of Canine Sugar was titled, "Bubby Hansen" recorded by Bryan Heany in 1997 in Joe's mum's basement. To my knowledge there are no pictures of this mysterious recording to put on the page. It featured about 15 of Canine Sugar's earliest tunes like "It's O'Reagan Invasion," "Grout Zero," and many, many others.
The second recording of Canine Sugar was a little compilation thang recorded by Travis Stoliker called "Menage A Trois". Wow, what a horrible recording that was. At least The Fundamentals sounded good. Whew!
This is Canine Sugar's most recent album and is wacky.
Canine Sugar is to record a new collection of songs in the very near future. The cover art is coming along finely, the elves are working tirelessly to guarantee satisfaction, the songs are becoming more pleasing to the ear (and HEART!), and there is a general sense of mass hysterical, magical anticipation (the feeling we all felt when John Glenn went back up in space) around the Canine Sugar hearth. Interesting song titles so far include: "You, Me, and the Willow Tree," "Happy Valentine's Day, Grandma and Grandpa," "Vesper," "Shmeeee!," "Ionia Soul," among many others in the works. I don't really know what else to say except, it won't be long now!
