Chapter Eighteen

He took u into his room and locked the door as u sat on his bed. He came to u and knelt down in front of u. He took your hands in his and looked in to your eyes. N-'I want to thank u for making me the most happiest guy on earth. . . ' U-'I want 2 thank u for making me the happiest girl on earth. . .' He kissed your hands then stood up halfway and kissed your lips. U 2 lay down on the bed and kissed for a looooong time. After a while, Nick looked at his watch and said,'Let's go have something 2 eat. . .I'm hungry. . ' U guys got up and and went out of Nick's room. Outside, it was pleasant as cool winds were blowing in from the balcony. U guys heated some frozen pizza from the freezer and joked as u ate. N-'Jee I sure am lucky. . .' U-'U r?' N-'Yeah. . .' U-'How?' N-'Well, Louis XVI was the 1st guy 2 wear high heels to make himself look taller. . .Sooo, the French chopped off his head 2 make him look shorter. . .Yeah I have all the luck. .' U were laughing at the expression on his face when he said that. He was looking so silly. Screwing up his face and all. After u finished, u guys went back 2 Nick's room and fell asleep as soon as your head hit the pillow. *~THE NEXT DAY~* U woke up and Nick wasn't there. U looked at your watch and it showed 7:30. U-'7:30? It feels like I slept only 20 mins'. U heard water running in the bathroom and presumed that it was Nick. U sat up as Nick stepped out of the bathroom. He was wiping his face with a towel and wasn't wearing a shirt. N-'Wow. . .U look even more beautiful in the morning. . .' U smiled and got up 2 get freshened up. After u came out of the bathroom, Nick asked u,'Are u feeling ok?' U-'Yeah. . Why?' N-'No it's just that you're looking so pretty that I wondered. . .' U laughed and hugged Nick. U guys went out in2 the living room and saw Jane and Brian watching T.V. As u were about 2 sit down, Jane asked u to sit next 2 her. U did. She asked u softly,'***** dear, r u happy with your decision? Because neither Nick nor I want that u shud be unhappy'. U-'No Mrs Carter, I'm the happiest person in the world. . .' Jane smiled. J-'I'm glad 2 hear that'. She got up and went in2 the kitchen carrying an empty teacup. Nick came and sat down next 2 you and said,'We're going swimming 2day. U comin?' U had nothing better 2 do, so u agreed.

*~LATER THAT DAY~* All of u had gone 2 the hotel's swimming pool to get away from the sweltering heat. Nick was the first 2 get changed and thro himself in to the pool while the rest of u got changed. U were wearing a 1- piece swim suit and it was open to a little more than halfway down your back. After a lot of splashing around, one by one every1 began 2 get out of the pool. MUCH later, it was only u and Nick left. AJ stood at the edge of the pool and said,'Yo Nick! Catch!' He threw Nick's goggles into the pool and b4 diving for them, Nick made a quick glance at u. U dove underwater and since AJ managed to thro it closer 2 u than Nick, U cot them and came back 2 the surface. After AJ left, it was a wild goose chase between U and Nick in the swimming pool. Finally, Nick cot u and tried 2 snatch the goggles from your hands when u kept switching them from your right 2 left and back. Nick was beginning 2 get tired of trying 2 get them from u when u put them out of his reach - u put your hands behind his head, resting your arms on his sholders. U-'There. Now u cant get them'. Nick just looked at u and u felt his hands caress your back and slowly make their way up. N-'Yeah, it's tru that I can't get them. . .' He had the glint in his eye - that very glint that gave u the chills. N-'But I have my hands on something much more worthwhile. . .' He leaned in and kissed u. U dropped the goggles and placed one of your hands on the back of his head and the other u brot to his sholder. He was pressing u closer 2 himself and then u felt wind blowing across your back. This made u feel very cold and Nick stopped kissing u. N-'We better get outta here before we catch something we don't want. . .' He dove down and got his goggles and u 2 got out of the pool. After u 2 had dried off and gotten in2 some warmish clothes, Nick and u headed back for their room.
