Chapter Two

I left off where Nick went back 2 his room.When he went into the apartment he and the guys were sharing, Brian came up to him with that evil grin on his face as if he wanted 2 get some secret out of him. B-'So, Nicky boy, who have we been roaming around with today?' Nick smiled shyly. It wasn't like him 2 hide anything from Brian. 'That was *****' he said boldly to Brian, wondering half a second later if he did the right thing. '*****? That same girl who is your massager?' 'Yeah', Nick said, wondering what was coming next. B-'So, how is she?' N-'What exactly do u mean by that?' B-'I mean, do u like her?' N-'Brian, she works 4 me. What do u mean "do u like her?"' B-'The way u smiled everytime she massaged u, I thought u liked her'.'Brian' Nick said, looking at him sternly, 'Why do think that something's going on between me and *****? I just met her. And besides, I liked her massages. THAT'S ALL.' He looked away. He remembered that moment when he looked at her b4 kissing her cheek. But the moment was different. He was taking her face in his hands. Both of them were moving closer to each other. Closer. . .closer. . . closer. . and. . .

'SNAP! SNAP! Earth 2 Nick, Earth 2 Nick' Brian said, snapping his fingers. Nick broke out of his trance. B-'I think you're tired, Nick, u better get some rest.' 'Yeah' Nick said running his hand through his hair. 'Maybe I should'. *~IN YOUR ROOM~* U-'Oh man, my fingers r killin me. I guess i better give them a good rest for tomorrow'. U get changed and switch off your light and get into bed. Just as u get into a comfy position when. . . .

The fone rang. U-'Aw man! which nerd calls in the middle of the night! Hello?!' Nobody spoke. U-'Hello? . . Hello?' U put it down. 'Darn prank callers.' At the other end of the phone was Nick who was still holding the receiver. He sighed. He put the receiver down. He ran his hands over where u had massaged him. He imagined u massaging him again. He remembered that wonderful feeling. He then decided to get some sleep. All of a sudden, there u 2 were, at the railing in front of the ocean. He was showing u his favorite star. But when he looked into your eyes, he took your face in his hands and moved closer 2 u. Closer by the second until he very gently kissed your lips. . .

He woke up with a jerk. He was in his chair, with the fone next to him. He wiped sweat off his face with his hands. 'I better get 2 bed b4 something else happens' he said. *~THE NEXT DAY~* Nick woke up even b4 his alarm rang. He rubbed his eyes and sat up in bed. He didn't sleep that well. He kept seeing that dream on him and u at the railing. He got out of bed, washed up and went out to his balcony. The sun was rising. He looked down to the sands b4 the oceans. He saw u there, smiling and waving at him. He blinked, unable to believe himself. But u were gone. He looked around u had been, but he didn't see u. He looked 2 his left where there was a small roof on pillars where u can get shelter when it rains. He saw u smiling at him over there. Surprised, he blinked again. U vanished. What was going on? 'Why am i seeing *****'s face wherever i look?' he thought. He decided not to tell this 2 anybody. Not even Brian. There was something that was telling him 2 get a grip of himself. He looked at his watch. '7:25' he said. 'What am I supposed 2 do 4 the next 2 hours?'

*~IN YOUR ROOM~* U were awake. U had been awakened by a strange dream. A dream which was gentle, but u couldn't understand it. Everything seemed vaguley familiar about it but details were now fading from your mind. U couldn't fall asleep once u awoke so u got up and got ready. 'What's the use in wasting time?' u thought. Once fully ready, u still had 30 mins b4 u met the guys. U decided 2 take a walk. U went down, and u saw Nick standing in the lobby. He was not his usual, playful self. Instead, he seemed pretty serious. He was leaning against a wall, signing an autograph 4 a fan. After handing the paper back, he looked up and your eyes met. He smiled. He began 2 walk up 2 u. 'He looks great' u thought, as u eyed the light blue shirt and black jeans he was sporting. When he reached u, he asked,'U wanna take a walk?' 'Yeah, i guess' u said, your voice kind of wobbling. U guys went ouside. The cool air washed over your face and made u feel more fresh. U and Nick walked up 2 the railing where u were yesterday. U looked at the ocean in silence. Then Nick finally said, 'So *****, How r u liking it out here?' U-'It's great.' Nick smiled again. He took a step closer 2 u. He looked in 2 your eyes and said, 'U have the prettiest eyes i've ever seen.' U were speechless at his complement. U-'Thank you. I don't know what else what 2 say' N-'that's enough 2 let me know u appreciate that' There was something different in the way he was smiling and the way he was looking at u. Something about it seemed vaguley familiar, but u couldn't put your finger on it. He stepped closer 2 u still. 'U r very pretty. I hope u know that' he said. 'Now i do' u said. He pulled closer 2 u. He stared in 2 your eyes. He moved slightly closer and the next thing u knew. . . .
