*~THE NEXT DAY~* U woke up early and fresh 2 get ready for your rehersal with the guys. Just as u finished drying yor hair, yor doorbell rang. U put yor hair dryer down and went 2 open the door. It was Nick. As soon as u opened it, u felt yourself get swept into into his arms as he hugged u. N-'Hey *****, howz my pumpkin?' There were those beautiful eyes of his looking deep into yours. U-'I'm grate.' He leaned forward and gave u a long and loving kiss. When he pulled away, he said,'That'll keep me alive 4 a while.' He let go of u and followed u into yor room.He wrapped his arms around u from behind and brushed all your hair on 1 shoulder and kissed your neck. U felt yor neck tingle. N-'***** I have 2 talk 2 u about something.It's about us.' 'Oh no,' u thot. 'This is it. He wants 2 go back 2 his ex-girlfriend. Wot's wrong with me? Dosen't he like being with me?' N-'I don't want n e 1 to know that I like u.' U were extra relieved 2 kno that he still liked u. N-'I mean, I don't want people 2 know that "I LOVE U."' U-'How do we do that?' N-'Well, I can try but I need u 2 b in on this with me and yor total co-operation. See, everyone thinks I'm single, that I don't have a girlfriend. Let's keep them thinking that. I know, *****, that u don't want 2 b cursed and criticized by fans and I want 2 be able 2 b frank with u *****, they can send u rotten stuff in the mail and all.' U-'I don't understand how. . . ' N-'Just pretend that there's nothing going on. See whenever we're in someone's company, act as if u r just my massager. Act friendly with me upto a certain limit, tho. It'll b very difficult, but we'll have 2 do it.' U-'U mean that I pretend that I don't love u?' N-'Precisely.' He hugged u closer. N-'Think of it this way - wen we r alone, I can give u all I have 2 give.' U looked into his eyes. He leaned forward and kissed u. He wanted u 2 b happy and getting all that crap from people, he felt, wud be unnecessary and wud hurt u. He truly loved u and wanted the best 4 u. *~LATER - AT THE PRACTICE HALL~* U were trying your best 2 pretend and during 1 of the breaks Nick said, in front of AJ and Sandy,'U r doing great. I'm really proud of u.' They thot that he was talking about your performance. But U knew exactly wot he meant. U didn't know if he was feeling bad about the decision u 2 just made until u all were back the hotel. U were about 2 go into the elevator wen Nick waved u over wen no one was looking. N-'*****, keep yor door unlocked at 11:30 2night. I don't kno how much more I can stand.'

That night, at 11:30 sharp, yor door opened. U were at yor balcony and didn't hear anything. Nick tiptoed behind u and put his arms around u from behind. u turned around in his arms 2 feel his soft lips caress yours. He was gradually holding tighter and kissing u deeper. He soon began 2 kiss your neck. 'Mmmmmmmmmm. . .' he was saying. U felt like u were in Heaven. N-'*****, I missed u so much.' Nick picked u up and took u to the couch. He lay u down and lay himself on top of u. U kissed for u don't know how long wen, wen Nick said,'I wish I cud stay like this 4ever.' U-'I sure hope not.' N-'Y not?' U-'Coz u sure r heavy.' N-'oh sorry.' and he shifted off u on 2 the couch. He was stroking your hair and gently kissing your cheek, wen he saw his watch. N-'Oh it's 12:45. I better get back.' He kissed u again and went back 2 his room. U-'Ohhhhh was that good or wot?' The next few days, both of u adjusted 2 seeing each other at night and pretending that nothing was actually between u 2 during the day. Soon, Nick told u that he was going 2 a press conference. Nick met u b4 going on putting on an act 4 a massage and said,'*****, they're gonna ask me if I have a girfriend. I know it.' U massaged his sholders and said,'wot're u gonna say?' N-'Wait.' U stopped massaging. N-'And watch.' He got up and went onto the stage with the guys. All of them began 2 answer questions. Soon the question of Nick having a girlfriend did pop up. He said. . . .
