Leah was tall, had long blonde hair & green eyes. Chloe was thin, had caramel colored hair, & soft brown eyes. Alyssa was very small. She had pretty dark brown ringlets that just fell past her waist. I followed my gaze & was staring directly at Brian. Jordan had jet-black hair that was pulled in a short ponytail and hazel eyes.
“Start stretching. We have a lot to do today. First, I need to see what each of you can do well, & what you need to work on.” Fatima said.
I sat on the floor & began to stretch. It was nothing new to me. I stretched everyday to keep in shape & stay flexible.
The next hour seemed like a dream to me. I couldn’t believe that I was actually going to be a dancer for the boys. It was all I’ve ever wanted to do for years.
I did every move I was instructed to do.
“Lets take a break.” Fatima said.
I rushed over to Jessie who had my water bottle.
“Hey Rachel! Have you talked to any of the guys yet? Jessie asked.
“Yeah. Oh my God, they are so sweet & nice…but I gotta get back to practice now.” I said.
“Kay.” she replied.
I walked back to the rest of the group & started dancing again. When they started the music again, I heard Jessie immediately start to sing along. I didn’t think anything of it because I’ve heard her so many times. She hates her voice, (I don't know why, she has a great voice) but yet she loves to sing. She will sing to any song, even if she doesn’t even like the song. Sometimes she doesn’t even realize that she’s doing it, I have to tell her to shut up.
Another hour passed & they stopped the music for another break, but she kept singing.
