“Don’t get so defensive, I’m just stating the facts,” started Brittany, “Your girlfriend or whatever you call her looks like you picked her up on the side of the street.”
“You have a lot of never! Are all of you just going to stand there and let her talk to me like that?” pouted Melissa. Everyone just stood there, they were happy that Brittany had the guts to tell Melissa what they really thought about her.
“Settle down Brittany, you don’t know her.” Said Zac after a good 2 minutes of silence passed.
“Sorry, I still am a little bitter.” She sneered at Walker then at Isaac.
“Well, she did tell you that your sister was in the hospital.” Said Diana.
“That’s it, I am leaving!” Melissa stormed out of the waiting room towards the elevator.
“That girl gets worse everyday.” Mumbled Taylor, “Sorry I can’t stay, but I need to take care of something at home.”
“Yeah, I better get Melissa.” Said Isaac
“And my house is a wreck.” Said Zac getting up.
Taylor and Zac went over to Brittany and hugged her goodbye. Brittany and Isaac just stood and stared at each other for awhile, then the 3 brothers walked away.
“Where is Jayna, she got off work 2 hours ago.” Shouted Taylor hitting a pillow later that night.
“Look Beth, he’s so lonely. We should go say hi again.” Said Nicole putting her binoculars down. She was hiding out in her car watching Taylor’s every move.
“I still don’t feel right about this. I feel like I’m spying on him.”
“No, I am the spy, and why can’t I be? After all I am going to be his wife one day.” Nicole said with a dreamy look on her face.
“No! Nikki, you need to get out of this fantasy world of yours and start thinking about school in the fall.”
“No, I won’t! This is my destiny, and I’m not going to sit back and let it pass me by!”
“The way you acted at the hospital really upset me.”
“Yeah, well that little tramp wasn’t being very nice to me.” Protested Melissa, “And I’m very disappointed in you for not standing up for me.”
“I couldn’t say anything to Brittany. I was afraid Id hurt her again.”
“Wait a minute, again? Tell me what happened right now!” demanded Melissa
“No, I won’t betray her trust.” Said Isaac turning away so Melissa couldn’t see the look in his face.
“Her trust? Hello, you are going to marry me, or did you forget that I’m carrying your freaking child. Do you have any idea how this is going to ruin my body?” cried Melissa
“What? Brittany never worried…..oh I mean you shouldn’t be thinking like that.”
“What about Brittany? Did you get her pregnant too.” Said Melissa growing with anger. Isaac just stood there trying to think of a way to talk himself out of this.
