Chapter 3

that night.

“Just out. And don’t wait up for me.” said Taylor

“Where are you going?” asked Jayna from the couch later slaming the door and walikng to his red Jeep.

“Oh well.” said Jayna aloud. She got up and went to the bathroom to take bubble bath.

Taylor drove to a dark alley about 20 minutes away from his house. He was meeting his friend Brady. Brady was tall about 6’1, with short blonde hair and deep blue eyes.

“Brady are you here yet?” whispered Taylor as he stepped out of his Jeep and turned on a flashlight.

“Right here man” said Brady walkng up behind Taylor and giving him a slap on the back, causing Taylor to jump.

“Do not scare me like that!”

“Sorry. Where is she”

“At my house”

“Good, Im just glad she didn’t follow you. We don’t want her to find out how you have been making some extra cash, do we?” said Brady getting a piece of paper out of his black leather jacket.

“Yeah your right. So who is it tonight? asked Taylor turning pale in the face.

“Her name is Rose. She is 5’1 about 108 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. She found out about us because she followed her husband Dustin to a shooting and is threaing to tell the police. Here is her address” said Brady handing Taylor the piece of paper.

“Alright, are you coming with me?”

“Yeah, and were taking my truck” said Brady walking over to his black pick-up truck with Taylor right behind him.

Rose stepped out of the shower and wrapped her light brown hair in a towel. As she walked into her bedroom she thought she heard someone outside in the bushes.

“Who’s there?” she called opening the window and looking around. She didn’t find anyone. So she closed the window and turned on the radio.

“Brady I can’t do this” said Taylor looking in the window at Rose.

“You have to, its bosses’ orders.” said Brady handing Taylor the gun. “All you have to do is ring the door bell and pull the trigger once and it will be over.”

“Thats easy for you to say, you don’t have to kill her.” said Taylor starting to tremble.

“Hey, I didn’t tell you to get into this busniess, you chose it yourself.” said Brady. “Now hurry up so we can get out of here.”

“Fine” screamed Taylor as he looked back in the window at the girl sitting in her bed blowdrying her hair. Taylor walked up to the door and rang the bell.

“Omg its Taylor Hanson!” squeled Rose “Please come in” said said opening the door so he could walk in.

“Okay” said Taylor following her into the dimly light house.

“Want something to drink?”

“Sure” said Taylor as he watched her walk towards the kitchen. “God please forgive me” said Taylor as he aimed the gun to the middle of her back and pulled the trigger.

Rose only let out a soft whimper before she fell to her death falling in the floor. Taylor’s hands were trembling and he dropped the gun. Brady ran in the and put the gun in a baggie. Later he was going to through the gun in the local river.

“Come on man, pull yourself together” said Brady pulling Taylor off the floor and walking back to the truck.

“I did it, I really did it. How am I going to live with myself? What will my parents think?”

“Don’t worry about it no one will know it was you, and besides this is just the begginning my friend” said Brady driving down the road.

“Yeah, just the beginging” thought Taylor looking out the truck window.
