Tattoos!

I have a question. Why does Nick have a shark on his shoulder if he is terrorfied of sharks. I think that AJ got him drunk and took him in to get a tattoo and gave him a shark. Now, every time he sees him arm, he screams and runs to get away from it. It never works because the shark follows him.
I usually dont like colored tattoos, but I like that one. It is a dragon.
