We drove around another few minutes and Kevin turned into a street filled with mansions and huge villas. He pulled up in a driveway that led to this huge house, and looked at me and said "here we are, casa Richardson." and he got out of the car to come and opened my door like a real gentelman.
I steped out off the car and so did Jude, we both looked at the place and our jaws dropped. It was a huge house with a big garden, it was nothing like I had imagined my boyfriend living in. Kevin looked at me, smiled and took my hand “come on, I’ll show you around” he chuckled at my reaction “yeah, sure” I said still kinda overwhelmed.
We walked to the front door and he opened it leading me and Jude into the hallway. “Oh, wait the luggage, let’s get it in first, then we won’t have to worry about it later.” Kevin said pushing me and Jude towards the door again, “I’ll be right there, just have to check something” he said grinning. I knew he was up to something, but I didn’t have the energy to puzle things out, I just had a ten hour flight and really needed some sleep. So Jude and I walked back to the car and she punched me in the arm “Man, I can’t believe he can afford a place like this, what does he do for a living again” she laughed I smiled at her and said “yeah, I didn’t know it was such a huge place, but he just got it.”
In the mean time: Kevin heard some noise when the 3 of them were standing in the hallway, he was wondering if it were the fellas. They said something about trying to pull up a surprise for the girls, but they weren’t there yet when he left for the airport. He opened the door and saw Brian and his girlfriend sitting on the couch laughing at something, A.J. was doing a Michael Jackson performance for them. Nick was pacing around infront of the tele and Howie was in the kitchen. Kevin cleared his troath and everyone looked at him
“Hey Kev, they here yet?” Nick asked quickly “Yes, they’re getting their luggage, I just wanted to warn you guys we were back.” Kevin said “I’m gonna go help them with their bags, are you guys gonna surprise them or what?” “Yeah, sure, go help ‘em” A.J. told him and while Kevin walked out of the house towards Judith and Claudia the other guys hid behind the counter in the kitchen.
“Hey girls, need a hand or two?” Kevin said chuckling because we were trying to get the bags out of car all at once. “Yeah, since you cared to join us you might as well give us a hand.” Judith said sacarticly.
“Ok, give me that” he took the havy bag with most of my clothes and my photography stuff. All three of us walked back to his huge house and when we put our luggage in the hallway Kevin took my hand and said “Follow me, I’ll give you guys a tour”. We walked into the living room, and it was big, it had two couches infront of the TV and there was a huge diner table. It had all of these fancy stuff like lavalamps and disigner furniture. I didn’t know my guy had style. But I liked it.
“This is the living room where I spend a lot of time just hanging around, especially when the guys come over.” He pointed at the huge area We walked towards some steas that lead downstairs, I couldn’t believe what I saw, it was a heated pool, not that it was that big, but I never knew about it. Next to the swimming pool there was a pool table. I gasped and Kevin heard it , he looked at me in amuzement, he sqeazed my hand and whispered in my ear “You know, maybe when you’re not too tired tonight, we could go for a late night swim, no bathing suit needed.” I looked at him and laughed, he hugged me tight, it was so great to have him close to me.
We were about to end the tour when I noticed we hadn’t seen a kitchen. Being the daughter of a restaurant owner, I like to see kitchens, ‘cause I think they say a lot about the people who cook in them.
“Oh, you’re right, I was about to miss the best part of the tour, I’m prety sure that Judith’s gonna love this part” Kevin chuckled, knowing that Jude probably couldn’t wait to see Nick, who was hiding in the kitchen along with Brain, Howie and A.J.
“Oh, I don’t think so, I wish I could have just stayed in the guestroom, the bed looked fine for me, I need some sleep or I’m gonna fall, I don’t wanna eat right now.” Jude said with sleepy eyes. “Believe me” Kevin said while he opened the door and cleared his troath. At that instant all four of the guys plus a girl I had never seen before jumped from behind the counter yelling “SURPRISE !!!!!!!”
