Whitney was sitting in her room watching tv when the phone rang.
“Hello” she answered.
“Hey Whit whats up” her best friend Leslie Carter said.
“Not much just sitting here watching TRL. What are you doing?”
“Nothing I was just calling to tell you that Aaron’s plane is gonna be in , in about a hour and I know you have been wanting to meet him so I was wondering if you wanted to come with us to pick him up” Leslie said excitedly. She couldn’t wait until Whitney met her brother Aaron. She knew he would like her.
“Definitely! I don’t think my mom will care. She is at work right now so I can just leave her a note”
“Cool we will be there in ten minutes to pick you up. Oh and by the way we are going out to eat after we pick him up so you probably won’t be home until like 7:30”
“Ok bye Les” Whitney said before clicking the off button on her phone. “Hmm what am I gonna wear?” she said to herself while looking in her closet. Finally she settled on a pair of white shorts and a light blue tank top.
*BEEP BEEP*
“Hello Whitney” Bob Carter said when she got in the Carter family mini van.
“Hey Mr.Carter” she replied.
“Are you excited? You are finally gonna meet Aaron” Leslie whispered as they pulled out of the driveway.
“Um yeah just a little. I mean he is a famous popstar and his pictures all over my room. But anyways do I look ok? Is my hair messed up?”
“No Whit, calm down you look fine. Aaron will like you I know it” Leslie reassured her.
