"I'll go get the car ready."
Nick just gave him a Look in response.
He ran up the stairs and found Nicole clutching the blanket, terrified.
"Nicole, what the hel just happened?"
"I...I...I just s-saw....D-D-Derrick."
"Really? That's the second time. You don't suppose he faked his own death, do you?"
"Nick, I'm scared. What if he is still alive and wants to kill me?
Nick saw that Nicole was deeply upset and went to comfort her.
He crawled into the bed next to her and wrapped his arms around her waist and brought her close.
"Nicole, you know I'll always be there as a best friend or as a boyfriend. I would never let anything bad happen to you either way."
Nicole turned around to face him and their faces were inches apart.
"I know. It's just that-"
She was interrupted by a deep passionate kiss from Nick.
"Ahem!"
They instantly broke apartand found Brian standing in the doorway.
"Hasn't anyone ever told you to knock?", Nick asked in an annoyed tone.
"I did. Besides I only cam here because you were taking to long and I got worried.", he said.
"Well, thank you for your concern, but I'd like to spend some time alone with my girlfriend, now."
"Whatever. I'll be downstairs pigging out and watching t.v."
He turned around and expected a remark form Nick, but when he didn't hear anything he turned around and saw that they had already started making out. He quietly shut the door and left the two alone.
